    Corporate Quality Manager


    Responsibilities:

    1. Facilitate overall implementation of the Cognizant Quality Management System at the Project / Engagement level.
    2. Assess and guide in the tailoring of the organization’s process to meet the project’s needs
    3. Responsible for planning Quality Assurance activities to monitor the effectiveness of implementation at engagement / project level
    4. Responsible for facilitating PMR at project / engagement level.
    5. Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, planning and facilitating implementation of Process improvements.
    6. Responsible for reviewing and implementing tailored processes at an account and / or project level. All process deviations raised have to be Reviewed By the QC.
    7. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS
    8. Responsible for reporting on status and effectiveness of process implementation at project / engagement level.
    9. Check adequacy of the implementation of information security policy and procedures at engagement level.
    10. Responsible for best practice harvesting and evangelizing adoption at project / engagement level
    11. Mentor the QA team at practice / engagement level.
    12. Reviewing the corrective and preventive action implemented for the NC and Observation analysis conducted at the account / Practice level

    Requirements:

    Candidate Qualification

    • Prior experience(8-9) in managing BPO in Process Improvement Programs
    • Prior experience(5-6 Yrs) in process definition, process implementation and leading organizations through certification programs
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.

    Core Competencies

    • Required skill(s): CMM, ISO9001, ISO 20000, COPC, eSCM, ISO 27001.
    • Should have had process consulting experience
    • Should have led a team for process implementation
    • Knowledge on Six sigma / Black Belt certification preferred.
    • Ability to manage process related competency development activities
    • Should preferably have experience in interacting with customers
    • Knowledge on business domain will be an added advantage
    • Leading from the front and mentoring team of Quality Assurance professionals towards process compliance, best practice sharing and process improvement initiatives

    Other Requirements (Certification, etc.)

    • ISO Lead Auditor certification will be preferred
    • COPC Registered Coordinator will be preferred
    • Six Sigma BB Certified will be Preferred.
    • Required language(s): English
    • At least 9 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig & Ortigas.

    HR Sr. Executive – Talent Management

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Management

    • Leads the administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of their current Engagements.
    • Tracks departmental and Business Unit measurements that support the accomplishment of the Business’ strategic goals.
    • Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Talent Management team
    • Prepares periodic reports, as necessary or requested
    Performance Management and Career Development
    • Ensures that client leadership follow the required timelines as per the Performance Management cycle set forth by the employees’ Business Unit
    • Handles inquiries and concerns that may be brought up regarding the Business Unit performance management process
    • Ensures that employees’ training hours are tracked and recorded by client team administration
    • Tracks the implementation of the employee performance development plans (PDPs).
    • Prepares Training Hours Report per assigned Engagements

    Organization Development

    • Participates in various committees to provide Talent Management support and to monitor activities and completion of goals.
    • Tracks the administration and completion of Performance Evaluations for the assigned Engagements’ Performance Management Program as necessary
    • Assists the planning and implementation of Employee Engagement activities
    Other responsibilities may be assigned as a result of business exigencies.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • At least 5 year(s) of total working experience in Human Resources, with exposure to labor and employee relations
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City or Pasig City.
