Agree din ako dito, sobrang lakas mag 3p nung nag cconduct ng final interview na lalake, ang dami din tinanong saken kung ano ano tungkol sa callcenter, ang sabi ko naman sa kanya ang liwanag pa sa buwan eh,

at ito *** isa sa mga tinanong nya:
1.) What are the 4 most important characteristics an agent should have?
My Answer: Sir, I think you misunderstood my resume, I don't have any CC exp, so I may not be able to answer that question for now.

nag insist pa sya " No, you should know this because you are applying for an agent position (CSR)" LOL!


Pinasa ko *** actual phone call test nila nyan ah! haha! failed pa din ako sa final interview.

Sa tingin ko naman eh may point yung nag-interview. Besides, kahit basic na man lang din sana na customer service skills eh naibigay mo (ex: patient, good listener, warm, etc).

Siguro naman kahit once in our life eh nakatawag na tayo sa food delivery service or kahit para umorder lang ng mineral water or LPG. So as basic as that, alam naman natin siguro yung mga katangian na dapat eh taglay ng isang ahente na sumasagot nung tawag natin.

Dun sa tanong nya, wala naman right or wrong, it's how you prioritize certain traits in terms of importance. Halimbawa ako, hindi pa ako napasok sa anumang branch ng military/law enforcement, pero siguro naman, pag nag-apply akong sundalo, alam ko na importante sa isang sundalo ang katapangan, liksi, disiplina and etc.

Importante sa pag-aaply lalo na kung freshgrad ay ang pasensya at pagpapakumbaba. I hope you'll take this as a constructive criticism; and to clarify, I'm not part of C3 nor do i know the interviewer.

Hello best time to apply is at 1PM. Yun length depends on what your applying for. tsaka kung ganu ka katalagal dun sa computer hehehe. one day you will know kung pasado ka or not.

yes maganda facilities. kakatapos lang ng 17th floor ngayon maganda. at may bagong concessionaire sa pantry.. sarap ng rice lab hehehee.... nasa 16-18K ang sweldo tapos may tech allowance pag may experience satelco... ang mahusay yun sales incentive... may isa na nanalo ng 40K ata pinapakita nya last time yun payslip nya samen. hataw... wave 3 ako ... nasa floor na saya!

mababa ang offer dito. ungas pa yung nag-final interview sa akin.. kung anu-anong tanong na hindi naman related sa position na inaaplayan ko ang tinatanong.. ang sinabi ko, agent lang ang inaaplayan ko, hindi TL. Pahirapan ba ako?

anong itsura nun nag interview sayo? mabait naman yun nag interview saken dati si sir bong. baka wala na yun nag interview sayo hahahaha.

ask lang for advice, i was hired at c3 last friday, nakita ko sa requirements na kelangan iprint yung details mo sa SSS, d ko pa naman dineclare yung last employment ko which is telus kasi saglit lang ako dun..

I went there at around 8am then I had my online exam, then a initial panel interview, then behavioral interview, another exam this time simulation, then final interview then before 3pm I sign my JO

I will be having my interview tomorrow for a QA post eh,sabi nung tumawag from HR, 20-25 daw *** offer for quality tapos may allowance pa(is this true?) T-mobile account. wala pa kasi akong exp for telco account.hehehe im more on tech/cs din kasi.

hello. hiring pa rin daw ang QA pero konti na lang. nag kakaron kase ng internal promotion din. marami na ang nakak cadet (OIC) pag natapos yun internship nila promoted na sila....
HMO coverage is 150K MBL per illness per year. Under Intellicare. pero you will only be entitled after 6 months plus 1 dependent.... may mga iba na after 3 months eligible na pero dapat ma meet yun criteria e....
ako i got my HMO after 3 months.... attendance, myvoc ang tiningnan sa men
