Somweone from Teletech in Technohub called me up regarding a Team Lead position. She was supposed to interview me on the phone but I had to apologetically ask her to call up after an hour because, well, I was in the middle of cleaning my bathroom. She agreed to call back in an hour.

That was a week ago. I wonder what happened with that.

Hi fren you're done with your medical na? pagkaganun usually 2 weeks after your medical sila tatawag dahil sa background check yun.Pero dont worry tatawag *** *** wait lang

pag naipasa mo yung call sim pasok ka na.. wala ng final interview.. bibigyan ka na lang ng med slip tpos background check form..

tama... after nyan, they might immediately give you the medical slip and have you fill up the background check form... tapos wait ng tawag for the results of the med and background check... tsaka pa lang JO... priority nila yung may NBI clearance...

wala akong idea sa process for tech accounts e.. pero for csr's, madali lang yung call sim... may ibibigay na script tapos they'll give you time to review.. meron pa ngang huddle before ka isalang... the hr person will walk you through it step by step... they'll give you hints... basta stick to the call flow.. pakinggan mo yung tips ni hr person.. tapos tandaan mo yung nangyari sa call kasi there will be several questions about the call after the simulation... there.. hope this helps.. good luck!

mukhang failed ako sa background check dito.. technohub's hr called me last friday ang told me na kapag okay ang results ng background check at medical, most likely, JO na ng tuesday.. natapos ang tuesday ng walang tawag..

i texted their number pero walang reply.. sana inform nila ako kung ligwak na para makapag apply na ako sa iba..
