Comment: Public consultations are held because projects like these directly affect the surrounding areas. If there is none, then this action by the city council smells of graft and corruption. Putting up a 42-story building without ample parking space is akin to building a house with no parking space in those barangays that did not go through proper urban planning.

Plus, what's funny is that they forgot to give donation to Ateneo.
