I just want to ask is there a thing called "regularization" in an Advertising Agency, Post Production, Production Company?
Because i plan to apply in Optima Digital or Unitel Productions. I just wonder if uso ba ang word na "regularization" sa mga company na ganun?
Regularization is not exclusive to any industry. Depende yan sa company if they need contractuals, or they are hiring for a position that's probie to regular. Usually bago mo naman applyan ang position nakaindicate na kung regular yun o contract-based.
As far as I know, most ad agency positions are for full-time employment.
