What's this rumor that Letran's Enrile has eligibility problems? How true? How true?

Ronjay Enrile is very eligible to play for the Letran Knights. He graduated from Letran High School (though only 3 years since he passed the PEP Test).... He was also a former Letran Squire, actually the MVP in th Juniors last year.

He is supposed to be in 4th year high. but he is already 19 yrs old thus disqualifying him from the juniors. so letran made him play for the seniors and make him take the pep test to make him eligible for college.

I heard UPHR and San Beda already have Enrile's real PEPTest result which he took April 18, 2001 with Examinee No. 171956-18-Y2 showing that Enrile is only qualified as a high school senior based on the Ceriticate of Rating from the NETRC taken July 30, 2001.

Can anyone verify this and confirm if it is just hearsay or factual?

UAAP has no such case this year or so I hope.

hey misyon, kerby never tampered his college eligibility (I HOPE). he tampered his high school graduation to qualify for the PBA draft. with the case of enrile (IF TRUE), he tampered his PEPTest result to qualify and play in the NCAA. I hope the school has nothing to do with this since it is a catholic institution. i hope letran can make a statement to disclaim this coz they should be strict and set good examples. if they keep quiet, does it mean they have a hand in this case?

somebody sent us a photocopy of his pep-test result, well, we dont know if it is true, but from that sheet of paper, he really failed the exam.

If you have read Nap Gutierrez's Sept. 14 column in the Pilipino Star Ngayon, he said that UPHR is just waiting for the time to pounce on Enrile's eligibility problem. That is, he was said to have taken the PEP test thrice in one year, which should not be accepted sa NCAA eligibility because I think that taking the PEP test thrice in a year is not allowed...or is not considered altogether kasi you should take it once and PASS.

Of course, there is an angle of politics here. As always naman eh. I'm sure a lot of teams are asar because Ronjay is performing very well as a Letran Knight. Pwedeng sour-graping yung ibang teams kasi hindi nila nakuha si Ronjay.

But I'm glad it isn't like the Mark Cardona issue in the UAAP --- marred by controversy and bad writeups here and there. At least the NCAA settles their issues by themselves, among themselves.

bakit ba kasi masyadong apektado yung ibang schools ha? and of all the players in the NCAA naman eh si Ronjay Enrile pa ang nasilip niyo... ok lang ba kayo? to think na sobrang alam na alam nyo pa pati yung watever control number ng exams nya. what are you trying to imply then? that he is dull? well then sorry to say that you misjudged him erroneously! natatakot lang kayo dahil sobrang galing niyang maglaro. stop making foolish intrigues about my idol ok! kahit ano pang sabihin niyo.. he'll remain the best player for me!
