    it's getting hotter and hotter and the world is experiencing more floods than a century ago. and this drastic climate changes have already altered much of the migratory paths of some birds. something must be done here before it's too late (or may be it is already). more trees, less fossil fuels.

    Expect more stronger typhoons bringing more rains and flooding. Solar Maximum is still up to 2012.

    Flooding in Central Luzon looks like is partly man-made when 2 weeks rain flood was expected, release of water from the dam was not done. Our Water reservoir on dams and river system are all heavilly silted. Stoppage of DESILTING(dredging) and FLOOD CONTROL projects also is contributory. Another budgetary cuts by ABad?
