Expect more stronger typhoons bringing more rains and flooding. Solar Maximum is still up to 2012.
Flooding in Central Luzon looks like is partly man-made when 2 weeks rain flood was expected, release of water from the dam was not done. Our Water reservoir on dams and river system are all heavilly silted. Stoppage of DESILTING(dredging) and FLOOD CONTROL projects also is contributory. Another budgetary cuts by ABad?
