I just listened to my first audio book ever. Somebody shared Linda Howard's with me. I've already read the book countless of times so it wasn't really that exciting. Nothing against audio books per se but books, especially non-fiction, are meant to be read not be listened to.

Although, I have to try listening to something non-fiction. I think that would be more appropriate, at least for me. Can you guys share some of the sites that offers non-fiction titles? I would love to listen to some World War 2 stuff and other historical biographies.

32 hours of listening for this first installment. Barely 5 hours into it and I'm already at lost so I ask my 14 year old son, who's into the book 4 already "who's the antagonist?" he answered "Nobody". I think we need to save up for his therapy soon.

Gotta love your son. The good thing about ASOIAF series is that there are no black and/or white characters. Only grey.

I tried audio book once (Love in the Time of Cholera, if i'm not mistaken). I got creeped out. Never listened to any since.
