i have a job offer this thursday and i'm hoping for a high salary. i have 3years experience working in a multinational bank. hoping for a good compensation.

The offer is much lower than what I'm currently getting, night diff is only 15%, transportation allowance is 1k a month, meal allowance is 1k a month.

The company is indeed good and well established. However, they were not able to offer me a competitive salary or at least match what I'm currently getting.

They do accept walk ins, however they require call center experience, it would be best if you handle inboung calls.

Teddy , the Site Manager, will be the one who'll conduct the interview. It's only 1 interview! So make sure you nailed it..

yangot -- hindi ako nakasabay mo actually, thursday afternoon yung job offer, alone ako office that time. anyway. yes it is very low package. considering what we are getting is high compared to what they offer, 1k allowance is very low and the 15percent. it is hard to say i need the job but there were lots of opp waiting when it comes to growth and compensation packages. tama si @yangot the company is good but of course salary is very important factor especially nowadays and what i get from my prev company is way way far from wells offer. guys think about it. but growth experience and new company with low compensation -- it is a must try. think it, leave it or grab it.

Their HR hub is at GF Commerce and Industry Plaza 1030 Campus Avenue cor. Park Avenue McKinley Hill Town Center, Fort Bonifacio 1634 Taguig City, Philippines. Malapit lang sa Venice Piazza. Same building ng Factset.

But their ops building is at 8/10 McKinley Hills. Their first batch will start on October 17. I'm supposed to be a part of the 2nd batch which will start on Nov 7.

Hi, I'm sorry, but if you read the previous thread, you will see that I declined the JO. But you could always apply via head hunter like John Clements or walk - in application.

Yes, I'm pretty sure they could offer that amount.
I tried bargaining with the basic pay and compensation they gave me, but I was told that's the most they could offer. It's much lower than what I'm currently getting and the allowances did not meet my expectations that is why I declined.
However, I could vouch that they could offer as much as 30ish depending on the position that they gave you.
If you have financial account and excellent call center experience, why not try other BPO's around McKinley. They could offer more than what Wells Fargo can, just like my current employer.

- Ability to multi-task (internet navigation, multiple screens, phone handling)
