    Pagibig requirements for home improvement

    Ask ko lang po kung pwede magloan *** wife ko ng home improvement kahit meron na syang existing na housing loan sa pagibig at 6 yrs na po kaming nagbabayad at updated po kami hanggang *****....just incase d po pwede, at gawing akong co borrower ano po need na documents considering na hindi pa po kami married nung nagrant *** loan pero ***** po e married na kami for 6 yrs.

    2. Nakuha na din po nmn *** TCT namin (photocopy lang) ang name na nakalagay po e nung single pa c misis..***** pong married na sya e ok lang po na un pa ding TCT na un ang ipepresent sa pag apply ng loan?....or need ng supporting docs such as marriage contract?

    yup pwede na... minimum of 2 years of payment for the housing loan ang requirement nila to avail the housing loan improvement.

    just incase ma approve po *** loan na innaply nya.ilang taon po pwedeng bayaran un thru pagibig?

    Hi po,

    Please enlighten me on this one. I'm planning to loan in Pag-ibig for our House renovation, but the land title is named to my father. Is this possible or is it the basic requirements by Pag-ibig?

    Aside from Pag-ibig, what will be my other options aside from the bank? Any suggestion for banks/institutions with low interest rate?
