Need help. I just left Company A, and I've been with them for almost 3 months. Now, I am employed at Company B and this company is looking from me the BIR Form 2316.
Now, company A cannot give me a BIR Form 2316 because I haven't reached 1 year yet. But company B is insisting (at least their HR) that I should get a BIR Form 2316.
Which one should I believe in? Any help is very much appreciated.
