Hi! I am new here... I am a licensed Physical therapist... Planning to take my NPTE a US state board examination for PT... My priority date is August 15, 2003... Documentarily qualified by NVC last February 11, 2011... Waiting for my F2B visa become current... tired already... almost 9 years... Those of you here with the same situation... Please enlighten me... Thanks...
Hunk Nurse... I am interested with your previous post... Sabi mo may mga case na pwedeng bigyan rin ng visa yung mga partner natin dahil depende yun sa consuls na pag nakiusap tayo or kaya baka maawa sya? Gagawin mo yan on your interview sa July 26? balitaan mo kami dito sa forum ha... Thanks...
yes i will try to ask the consul kung possible na bigyan din sila ng visa. kasi meron pa akong anak na maiiwan din which is my youngest. sa reception ng st lukes sinabi sa akin nung kukunan na kami ng picture, may mga cases daw na ganun nangyayari pinapasama partner. pinapabalik sila sa st lukes for their medical. yaan mo i'll keep you posted... good luck!
we just finished and passed our medical. 3 days kami bumalik since my 2 daughters skin test turns out positive on the 2nd day, so they require them to undergo xray and requires us to come back the following day for the result. the following day we wnt back there aroud 2pm kanina, and the guard at the 1st floor stamped their receit indicatin "2nd floor for immunization" "YES" I said, that means clear yung xray nila. so kanina they received their immunization, 7 vaccine for my 2 years old(5 shots) 1 in the right ang left arm, 2 on the left thigh and 1 on the right thigh. for my 11 years old 5 vaccines(5 shots also) 2 on the right and left arm and 1 on the left thigh. salamat at makakatulog na ng mahimbing.... will just wait for the interview sched on July 26..... God Bless you all fellow F2B! hope you enjoy reading.........

______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________
NVC has completed the review of this case. However, our review of the
I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form
and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is
still some missing documentation.
We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which
documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and
forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final
interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,
including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.
Please pay specific attention to questions marked in the attached I-864,
I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A checklist.
Failure to present the missing items indicated and/or to make the
necessary corrections at the visa interview could result in a denial or delay
in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.
If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website
at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and read the
Affidavit of Support (I-864) instructions. From there you can fill out the
form online and print it to send to the visa applicant for the interview.
You will be notified when an interview has been set. Do not contact
post regarding your interview date until you have been notified.
pede matanong ano ibig sabihin nito?
papapdala ko pa sa NVC missing documunts or pede na wait nlang ako ng interview date at sa consular ko nlang submit itong missing documents at isa pa..itong case ko ba ma foforward sa embassy once my pd is current or hohold pa nila ang case ko dahil may missing documents.pede po pakiclarify mabuti, masasabi po bang case complete na itong sakin? ..slamat po .TIA
As far as i kow NCLEX is only taken once, once you pass it you become a Registered Nurse of the state for which you chose to write the exams for (pending any other requirements that state may have for licensure e.g. SSN). The RN license has expiration dates too (just like here in RP) but is renewable, again requirements depend on which state you are licensed with. On your last question, nope you dont have to necessarily work in the state where you applied for eligibility or written the exam. Once you passed NCLEX you can have it endorsed to other states that has reciprocity with that state.
you're so lucky... we have the same situation, i also have that. may missing document din ako, mine is the proof of relationship of my co sponsor to the principal sponsor. my mom was my principal sponsor and my sis as co sponsor. so they are asking me to bring the NSO copy of my sister as a proof and bring that missing document during my interview. to answer your question, No, you don't need to submit that to the NVC you can bring that missing document once you got your appointment date di nila hohold yan. ako nga may interview date na which is July 26,2012 @6:30 AM. isa pa it is clearly stated in your post according to them
" You should obtain these documents and
forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final
interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,
including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview."
matanong ko lang, ano ba missing document mo?BTW you are the visa applicant refering to this letter
