last may 2011, receive ako ng choice of agent, last july bayad n *** AOS. pasa ko n last aug 8 2011, togeder wid the reqts n dox needed for NVC, pero til now wala p rin *** reply, if i am documentarily qualified.

Hi emghee wala pang kahit anong letter galing immigration, 2002 pa kasi PD namin. Nabasa ko nga pala sa immigration website saka lang daw sila mag send ng visa kapag current na ang PD mo. siguro next year pa ...

march2003 ang PD ko. submitted all requirements kaso nagretrogress. kailangan ko lang daw gawin is to wait na maging current ang PD ko. share ko na lang sa inyo kapag may update na sa status ko.

@gabrielb; you have to put your case number the subject line, then sa body you have to put in sequence ito Your name, your bday, petitioners name and bday bago yung inquiry mo. sa NVCInquiry@state.gov 3-7 days bago *** reply

I assume most of us here are aged out. When your parents migrated to the US, did they file the petition right away? Nag try ba kayo mag apply muna ng non immigrant visa bago pinafile sa parents nyo yung petition nyo?
