ask ko lang: after ng bloom, alisin ko na ba sa lupa , and putulin ko yun mga leaves? para ma-dormant sya and wait para maka-regain ng energy uli? kasi yun nai-post ko dati, after blooming, natuyo ang flowers pati stalks, but lumaki na yun mga leaves. hinihintay ko sana matuyo na rin yun mga leaves before i keep it.

thanks ms silky, nag backread ako..ganda nga ng amarylllis mo..mas tama siguro na antayin mag dry pati leaves, kase parang mas maganda and mabilis ang pag bloom kagaya nung sa 'yo..na try nyo na rin bang mag harvest ng seeds nila?

after i got the 3 bulbs from the centris trader, pasok agad sa ref and forget. after more than 2 months saka ko naalala na meron pa pala akong bulb dapat itanim, so plant agad sa masikip na pot. ayun ang nangyari.

nic: okey na rin late afternoon para cool na ang day. but saturday? or sunday?

Korei, may balita na ba sa CDO gardener friends natin? Kumusta na nga pala yung platy. ridleyii mo? How often do you water and fertilize it?

Proj, paano propagation mo sa hen and chicks? Cuttings? Wala na nga pala baha sa BKK. Wala din masyado plants, tinangay ng baha ang maraming halaman. So food trip lang inatupag ko.

Alf, kumusta? Are you in town? O nasa lakwatsa ka na naman.

Lillix, hindi ko alam yang plant mo, but I do hope somebody here can help out.

di ko pala na save yung # nung taga CDO nung magpalit ako ng #

yung ridleyii ok naman sya pero mabagal ang paglaki nya di ko alam ano gusto nya. kasi yung ibang Platy ko magaganda naman ang tubo.

napansin ko sa ridleyii ayaw ng masyado binabasa siguro 2-3x a week ko lang basain. sa fert naman 2x aweek lang sya

^pag punta ko sa MSBF, itatanong ko kung ano ID niya, i saw one almost as huge as a tree, i think tinuro ko pa kay Nicole ang ganyang halaman nung pumunta kami, nasa tuktok ng bawat branches ang flowers niya.

Hi, thank you tags, luv143 and alfonso! Pumunta kasi ako sa mga traders dito sa amin at idinescribe ang hitsura pero di talaga ma gets nila hehehe...And tama si alfonso, ang taas ng plant na ito (more than 6ft in height) with huge, huge flowers. Very striking talaga.

Hi, ok ba ang citronella plant/grass against mosquitoes? or may pwede po ba kayo recommend? Sa parking area kasi ng bahay may hindi naaarawan. balak ko lagyan citronella or any plant against mosquitoes sa bintana.

wala pa latest loot, aside from the tillandsia ionantha peanut na nabili ko last time, hindi pa ako makapag drop by sa MSBF, maybe on the 23rd kung andun pa yung T. Duratii
