These are clean and have tissue papers for free (toilet papers, hand towel and sometimes facial tissues):
Greenbelt 2 to 5. Greenbelt 1 is clean but older than the others.

Nung nag countryside tour kami sa Bohol, most of the CRs of the spots are really clean and new. Even the ones handled by the government.
