Xue Hua Bing/Snow Ice

Anybody know a place that serves Taiwanese snow ice or Xue Hua Bing in the Philippines?

I recently went food tripping in Taiwan and this is a new craving of mine. It's different from Ice Monster such that it's like a cross between ice cream and shaved ice. The snow ice is fluffy and easy to eat such that it easily melts in your mouth. It's very tasty. We even had a hard time getting a table in Taiwan especially at the night markets due to the popularity of the dessert.

I really would love to try this again. This is what the dessert looks like.

I think I saw that one over at Frost Giant in SM San Lazaro. I haven't tried it yet because I thought it was yoghurt. I'm not a big fan of yoghurt. Guess I was wrong.

If it's really popular in Taiwan, then I would love to try it. Your picture looks really yummy.
