what was the exact words po ba na sinabi sa yo ng recruiting ng stream? as far as i know, yung line na "we'll call you if you pass" is very usual sa mga companies, not only in stream, pag di pumasa.

as for the training in stream naman referred by TS, i underwent that training before. if i'm not mistaken, the training they were offering you is for LPET. in that training, they will help polish your english speaking skills. they might have seen potential in you, but you still need some polishing - this could be related to accent, grammar, etc. before, they were giving an allowance of 150 per day, last i heard it was already 300, not sure if that allowance has been removed though. point is, the company will be training you for free whether you get hired or not. if you attend their training and were not hired, then you could at least use that training in applying to other companies. not sure if they'll allow it, but you could have probably requested to undergo the training in alabang since it's nearer your place.
pasensya na po that was last year pa eh. I cannot remember the exact words. all i know is that they never bothered to call me back.

as for training, badtrip yang ganyang sistema eh. if other companies can pay you at your agreed rate even while in training, while go through that 300-peso system? ano ako arawan construction worker? hehehe

    CIVICOM.........

sobrang lapit sa amin 'toh... they are looking for Business Transcriptionist Specialist... matry nga...

  11. #51
nogs, may cute na HR lady sa aegis. ewan ko lang kung andun pa siya or baka na promote na siya. that was 2 years ago nung last ko siya nakita. hehehe.

oh, anu nangyari sa pagapply mo sa aegis? basang basa ba sa ulan?

  12. #52

OT na tayo... but anyway, explain lang yung LPET para malinaw. if you go through LPET kasi it doesn't mean na employee ka na ng stream, thus, they are not obliged to give you a salary, kahit yung 300 na allowance di naman sila obliged na magbigay nun. after ng LPET, you'll undergo an interview ulit so that they can assess kung ok na yung English speaking skills mo. this interview can go three ways - pass and get a job offer, fail, re-train and get interviewed again. so once you pass and accept the jo, dun ka pa lang magiging part ng company, thus, dun pa lang maga-apply yung rate na nasa contract. if you're thinking na LPET is yung language training for new hires, then mali po yung iniisip mo. magkaiba pa po yun. not all new hires ay nag-undergo ng LPET, but if i'm not mistaken, all new hires (with the exception of the support group) undergoes the Foundation Skills Training, which is the language training.

    back to topic:

kakaaliw ang mga kwento ni nognog... ano kaya ang susunod na mangyayari? anong company kaya ang next? hmmm...

  14. #54
    Hahaha. Okay to ah.

    Ano nang nangyari sa interview?

    AEGIS PEOPLE SUPPORT..........

    1. What is your highest educational attainment?
    2. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
    3. Why did you quit your current job?
    4. Why should we hire you?
    5. What is your edge among the applicants?

Nasagot ko naman lahat, pasado. For exam na... sobrang dali ng exam.. may typing test din.. parang nag fill up ka lang ng application form..

What is the shortcut key of copy and paste?
    What is control panel?
    How to shutdown a computer?

Dali lang di ba? after that, for final interview na.. sobrang tagal nanaman... yung mga recruitment staff naglalandian lang sa reception area.. kumakain ng dingdong.. sarap pektusan.. parang walang applicant na naghihintay ah.. pero ganun talaga.. after 1 hour final interview na... madali lang yung question parang inulit lang na initial interview.. Sabi nya for TSR na lang daw ako, VERIZON daw ang account. voice/backoffice combination daw.. natuwa ako kasi narinig ko yung backoffice.. hehe.. pinapabalik ako mamaya for ops interview...sana matanggap ako.. gabi na nung nakalabas ako ng aegis.. omg..i love makati.. dami chix.. dami white legs.. wala lang.. share ko lang..

  16. #56
