I called 02-4005473 and got Atty. Pepito, ang sabi niya wag daw dun tumawag dahil its for his other client. Akala niya daw kasi madali yung case kaya niya kinuha pero kaya nya daw ipa panalo.

I asked why I was not invited to the meetings and he said that Richard Fernandez was in charge of inviting people.
Atty Pepito then said that he will be holding office sa SG1 from 2PM to 8PM starting tomorrow (Thursday 06/07/2012)
He said the number 02-3785419 will be available during this hours

I asked him to include me in the weekly updates mentioned on the document provided by the security guard of SG1.

I have started contacting friend in the Media and just awaiting responses, hopefully fruitful. I'll update everyone once i get any news/.

Try to ask from their lawyer explanations and assurance din po dun sa binigay na number ni breakdance22, just check our threads. tingnan natin kung sincere sila at kung makakapagbigay sila ng enough assurance sa inyo at kung masasatisfy nila ang lahat ng worries nyo.

Hello i am also a buyer of SG2, nkapagfile na ako ng demand for refund 2 months ago, pero nung mabasa ko na tumalbog ang mga cheke. hindi na ako umaasa na may mangyayare pa sa pag aantay ko dun. Rad, we've already exchanged txt mesages before and im now interested to get a lawyer to represent me with this case. Do you know someone in your firm, you gave me a number before but i think i wasnt able to save that. And also, their lawyer Presquito is also kinda rude. I've texted him the other day. you can call the lawyer who attended the meeting on may 16.. he's the lawyer of the singaporeans who were deceived by these people, one of whom is movena cu. he's willing to help us all that we should be united in filing the case against the beguilers so that it will be of more gravity. we could not just lay down and wait for nothing. our money should not be wasted since i know it was earned so hard. so that we should not waste our time not filing a case against these people. every penny that we paid should be refunded in full. i hope you contact the lawyer very soon through his phone numbers. thank you.

At wag kayong maniwala sa sinasabi ng lawyer nila na wala ng Pan Asia, as what we heard from one buyer na kumausap sa kanya, as a corporation meron yang legal organizational structure with assets and capital. Kung sino man bumubuo sa korporasyong ito, sila ang mananagot sa mga nilabag nilang batas. File your case against this corporation, at kung gusto nyong habulin si Movena Cu for whatever deception she made according to Pan Asia's atty., then so be it. Pero kailangan nyo pa ding kasuhan ang Pan Asia. Think about it.

Agree with RAD here! He is right.
As what we have discussed (those who regularly attend meetings), it would be best to focus our efforts and energy in filing a case against Pan Asia. Leave Prescuito alone to his pursuits and let's focus on getting back our hard earned money from Pan Asia. (Also, we've also discussed in length yung track record ng taong to including past cases against him involving selling land na hindi kanya - sounds familiar ba?)

Guys, madami na rin tayong naumpisahan. Important papers not only from SEC but others have been secured. just to reiterate, let's not lose sight of what we need to do FOR OUR OWN BENEFIT.

Sorry kung huli man yung iba sa balita, or totally clueless sa progress ng mga discussions at agreements nating aggrieved buyers. Lalo na sa ano na ba yung nagawa na natin, ginagawa, at gagawin pa. We've come a long way already, if I say so myself. Just to let you know though this is known by Pan Asia's atty. There were 3 sessions scheduled today for conciliation in HLURB - LSG from unit buyers, the attorney attended the morning session and said that he will not attend to the sessions anymore since he cannot give date when will be the refund.
