    I also attended the meeting last wednesday. Nakakawala talaga ng pagasa. Just imagine, naforeclosed na pala mismo yung lot ng sunshine garden and worse nabili na cxa ng iba. How come na maitutuloy p nila ang project. Dapat wala ng us apan tungkol sa pagtuloy ng project. They should focus on how to give refunds on us. Howeever, the only way the magkaroon sila ng fund for refund id matuloy ang prjects, wala na aksi silang pera.

Kanino pa tyo llapit. Fyi, kasama si ms. Muvina cu, nanay niya at sister niya as owners of pan asia. Ang sabi niya ginamit lang daw pangalan niya para maging majority a oinoy at hindi dingaporeans.

    Bottomline, media na lang talaga pagasa natin.

We don't care kung ginamit man *** pangalan ng Cu family. Dapat lang silang managot...*** attorney nlng ang nagfufunction for Pan Asia para sumagot ng mga complaints at legal cases.

Unfortunately ngayon lang ako ngsearch sa net about the status of construction and nakita ko tong thread of messages and sobrang nakakagulat kasi na-encash pa nla yung check ko nung april. 6 months na lang remaining na dp and thankful ako na nabasa ko to para di na maencash pa yung remaining. Although, sobrang nakakapanghinayang yung naibayad ko na malaki laki narin. Reading through the messages, it seems na wala na magagawa ang demand letter, etc. so the last option ay magpa-media na. Do we still have chance na marefund ang pera natin?

Their no at their Boni office is 470-1874 in case you want to follow up your concerns to them. Buyers let's all talk. Hope to hear from you guys.
    This is a big misstep and a failure of the developer. They should have notified its buyers of the dilemma rather than keeping silent because it doesn't do anything good. This is a heartbreaking situation. As a home buyer, you are bound to make life decisions that may affect your family and emotions. You also will have to shell out BIG money to be able to live in your dream house. And this is what you get. I hope this soon will be fixed. I am spreading my concern. Good thing I never push for Pan Asia. Consider DMCI Homes. I have 2 condos. One in Taguig and the other at Quezon City. If you're interested at looking out for one, do tell me. Good luck guys.

    We dont believe wala nang pera ang Panasia. San naman nila dinala ang pinagbentaha ng property di ba? And we believe they have other businesses here aside from real estate. Obviously yung mga may-ari or investors kinuha na lang nila ang pera without the intention of giving back the money the buyers paid them. Iniisip lang nila mabalik sa kanila ang perang nilabas nila like as if tayo walang ininvest don!

    Count me in if you're going to media and let's all get there as soon as possible. Pero mas maganda po magfile na rin kayo ng case since yun pa rin ang proseso talaga by law. Media can help us in giving awareness sa mga nangyayari to public and bridge us to public officials of gov offices concerned sa case natin.

    Sa mga buyers na ngayon lang nakakaalam ng mga nangyayari, there's no use po of talking to them kasi po ilan na rin kami tumanggap ng refund nila in their given terms pa pero bigo din kami. binigyan lang kami ng bouncing check. Last year pa po kami ngrequest ng refund. Papaikutin lang po kayo kung diretso kayo makikipag-usap sa kanila at papaasahin lang *** daanin nyo na po sa legal na proseso. let the court make them pay us.

    To those na nabigyan ng bouncing checks, fyi bp22 to walang filing fee so magfile na po kayo at ito ay criminal case against them. mas mabigat ang kaso na to.

    Importante din na may hold departure order sa mga ito, with the way things are going, tatakas tong mga to. Pero in case na binabasa nga nila ito at magbalak tumakas, mas lalong interesting ito sa media, kasi from there, pede pa nating iinclude ang extradition nila na naka media!
    Kayo kung binabasa nyo man ito CU at FERNANDEZ, sana mag-isip kayo at harapin ng maayos itong kaso nyo.

    In this past few months, we have shared our grievances and terrible experiences with PAN ASIA (Movena Cu, Richard Fernandez, Suzette Andaya, a guy called Mike, etc.). Maybe there are some, if not all, that are afraid that the money which they and their family have worked on, blood and sweat, will go to nothing.

    What we really need right now is an action and foot works. If we will not move today, maybe tomorrow or right after tomorrow, we'll just learned that these people of PAN ASIA is no where to be found.

    I hope that these people who shared their sorrows in this thread and also, to all the buyers that wanted to take their money back could work on together to resolve this problem. This is not just about the money and investment, but the reason why we invested. It's for our family. It's for our future.

    Let us not allow these people of PAN ASIA to get away freely and us left with nothing.

    Let us all work together on this!

    Hi SG2_hunter!

    Most of us who frequently post here already filed our cases which is the 1st step we can all do and HAVE TO DO at least individually. Though as much as we want to share our plans, we couldn't expose them all here due to the sensitivity of the case and, we all know naman, Pan-asia is reading this. Better they do not know what we're planning. As a group we're having meetings but for details better PM us. Based on experience, Pan-asia is trying to sabotage our the buyers meeting by conducting a meeting also at the same time we have ours, a diversion to divide us buyers. All we can say is DO NOT BELIEVE THIER FALSE CLAIMS. Some of us including me already believed them but they only gave me bouncing checks. They wont give your refunds just like that. File your cases as soon as possible.

    Wala akong natanggap na text or whatsoever .. I just go back from business trip and when I called the number they gave me on my refund letter (470-1874) no longer available na yung number.

    In accordance with our meetings on May 7 and 9,2012, I am Issuing this statement on behalf of Singapore-based SEACARE PROPERTIES(PHILIPPINES) PTE LTD and WM DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD which are investors of PAN-ASIA INTERNATIONAL SUNSHINE GARDEN, INC.
