    We suggest you write your demand letter. invoke your right as per PD957, and have it received by their management. Then gather your receipts proof of reservation to PanAsia, and file a complaint s HLURB. I'm sure when they are alarmed at the number of complaints against our developer, mas mabilis tayong aaksyonan.

    I hope you understand, this is for our safetly kasi mahirap magtiwala. Binabasa ng PanAsia Management ang thread na ito.

    meron ba kayong natanggap na txt message from Pan Asia na nag-iinvite ng meeting with Movena Cu this coming May 16, 2012 at 6PM sa Sunshine Garden 1? nagtxt kasi sila sa akin. isa rin kasi ako sa nagrerefund. please inform me kung may meeting tayong mga buyers para makasama ako.

    kung anong plano mag meet na lang sana wag dito discuss, feeling ko mino-monitor nila itong thread eh.

    yes definitely they are following this thread and they are threatened with the increasing number of SG2 buyers being aware of the situation and are now refunding thair payments that's why sunod-sunod sila magpa-meeting which is hindi naman sila nakakabigay ng absolute answers sa mga questions like do they have money for the refunds that they said ibibigay nila. really? then why did they give bouncing refund checks?!?!?! if they are really truthful sa mga sinasabi nila sa meetings nila, matagal na nila dapat nasatisfy ang mga refund requests ng mga buyers na last year pang nagrequest.

    they underestimated the power of online information that's for sure. hindi nila naisip na magsasalita din eventually ang mga aggravated buyers and the truth will come out. they dont know the different skills, knowledge and capabilities of the buyers.

    the reason why we encourage you to to HLURB, is because alam na nila ang nangyayari. try to consult your lawyer na din. do your research din and get in touch sa ibang buyers n aattend ng meeting ng PanAsia.

    Warning lang kung aattend ka ng meeting nila. Kasi either ma-frustrate ka sa incomplete details na ibibigay nila about getting your money back, at kaduda-dudang timeline kung kelan matatapos ang building.

    if you're contacting their office sa unionbank plaza matagal na po sila nag-evacuate don without giving notice to buyers. their main office is at SG1 bldg mismo sa boni 470-1874.

    follow po the instrcutions given by aggravatedbuyer for filing a complaint/ demand letter po.

    hello mga sir and ma'am, i am a buyer also, buti na lang we saw this post... grabe as in walang changes ang contruction nila, very visible pa ang mga hollowblocks at metals...

    hindi lang disapointing pero nakakatakot din po ang nangyayari ngayon... meron na po bang na issuehan ng check na may nakuhang pera? kasi po kung hindi nila matuloy ang construction meaning walang budget, so wala din silang pang refund satin.. w/c is ito ang kinakatakutan namin.. hindi madaling kitain ang pera na binyad for downpayment...

    Hi Nico robin, if u know more buyers who haven't made any move regarding our issue, convince them to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this developer. At wag na kayong pumayag sa mga mediations, terminate all mediations and pass the decision on the HLURB arbiter. Dahil patatagalin lang ito sa mediation, as their tactics that they used to us. Kailangan maramdaman nila ang impact ng mga reklamo natin, kaya dun sa mga may tumalbog na check, that is a criminal case against them, kailangang ipakulong ang nagkasala.
    At par dun s may mga kontak o kilala sa media, please let us set a meeting na with them and burst this issue into the open. Kawawa tayong mga nabiktima nila. At para dun sa mga wala pang alam tungkol dito at dun sa mga wala pang ginagawa at umaasa pang matutuloy ang project nila....... goodluck! Pero mag-isip-isip kayo kung tama ang napuntahan ng investment nyo. Pagtiya-tiyagaan nyo na lang ba at sasabihing ...talagang ganun.. wala na tayong magagawa...? Meron tayong pedeng gawin para masigurong mababayaran tayo ng developer na to with interest... yun ay ang magdemanda! Kailangan may managot. Hindi tayo ang nagkulang dito, hindi tayo ang may ginawang mga violations, hindi tayo ang lumabag sa batas... pero tayo ang pinahihirapan ngayon. KILOS NA!

    anyone here who also attended the meeting last night? kokonti *** po ang dumating, meron din iba na like us, nun lang nalaman na ganyan na *** kalaki ang issue ng PanAsia.
    they gave another letter, indicating a new partner in making the construction, then another buyer asked a question, she seems to have investigated the case of PanAsian, from her data, the construction site of SG2, was already forfeited by the bank. and this was already sold to other investors. w/c is nag pa gulo ng usapan. all the atty can answer, is legal matters na daw un na isesettle ng PanAsia. May singaporean investors din daw.
    But overall, still they do not have any timeline on both construction and for those who filed the request for refund. another buyer who also attended last night said that the check issued to her based from the bank is already closed... how frustrating... after kitain ang perang pinag hirapan....

    for those na may mga media connection, i think baka makatulong po ito, baka sakaling mapabilis ang action once na open up ito sa media..

    go go po! there's no use of listening to them in their meetings. they are just delaying the steps we buyers could do against them. we all have to file a case for HLURB and other gov't offices to be alarmed though so far HLURB already put them in Cease & Desist list.

    sige po if you could escalate this to media better baka din po kasi may mga buyers pa na hindi nakakaalam ng mga nangyayari. but best to file a case na po before it's too late

    @tafheta, tama ka! sana matulungan tayo ni oninpilotin. grabeng perwisyo ang ginawa ng pan asia. itinakbo na ang pera natin tapos ngayon panibagong gastos na naman para sa abugado. ang tanong...kelan nmn nila maibabalik *** mga binayad natin sa condo pati na rin *** mga gastos sa abugado? kasumpa sumpa talaga ang mga taga pan asia!

    no use ang pagpunta nung may 16. nakaka-high blood lang ang mga kasinungalingan ng mga taga pan asia.

    Guys, I realized that filing a complaint through mediator will not solve our problem since it is still the parties who will decide. Probably, the developer will kepp on repeating what they are saying during meeting. A legal complaint is better but of course in entails cost by getting an attorney, filing fee, etc. Grabe talaga ginawa nila!

    Hi Guys, I have a suggestion since all of us filed a complains already to HLURB & Lawyer let's move to our next step. We need the help of Media already. Kasi tignan niyo, since minomonitor din ng Panasia itong mga usapan natin dito, nakakagawa sila ng mga hakbang para pigilan tayo sa mga plano natin. Pinatawag tayo sa meeting pero wala naman din silang mga sinabi sa atin, puro lang pangako, dine-delay lang nila lalo para wag tayong gumawa ng hakbang. The best na pwede nating gawin, pumunta na tayo sa NBI, may nakausap na ako, pagpunta natin ng NBI, may media na naka assign sa bawat department kaya sure ang expose' ng media through television. Hindi sila nadadala sa mga demanda. Di ba nga, yung mga nag file sa HLURB mediation lang tapos nag issue sila ng check pero tumalbog naman tapos ngayon closed account na. Yung lawyer na hinarap ni Movena sa atin sa meeting, for all we know baka nga hindi totoong lawyer ng singaporean yun kasi tignan nyo naman, walang kaalam alam, mas may alam pa nga tayong mga buyer sa mga nangyayari. Magandang gawin natin, NBI, Imbestigador, Tulfo dapat sa lahat ng station ng television maibalita yan. Pag namedia na si Movena pati mga managers niya, lalabas ang pera niyan para mabayaran tayo, kasi hindi naman siguro gugustuhin ni Movena na makulong sya, ngayon sinasabi nya lang na wala syang pera dahil nadedelay nya pa at nagagawan nya pa ng paraan, iniisip siguro ni movena wala tayong action na ginagawa na makakaapekto talaga sa kanya. Kaya kumilos na tayo. Alam naman natin ang mga cell number ng bawat isa sa atin. Pag usapan natin ang mga detalye yung kelan at saan tayo magkikita kita para pumunta ng NBI, wag natin dito pag usapan para hindi nila maharang mga plano natin, para matapos na to, kung ngayon tayo ang naghahabol, pag na media na yan, si movena naman ang hahabol sa atin tignan lang natin kung hindi magmakaawa yan kapag ikukulong na sya.

    BTW, nagka prob kasi ang connection ko kaya ngayon lang ako nakapag post, tumatawag ako sa office nila sa sunshine condominium pero walang sumasagot last May 2 & the following days. I tried to call sa cellphone si Richard Fernandez pero hindi din sinasagot. I texted Mike, yung alalay ata ni Richard yun, alalay kasi everytime na pumupunta kami sa office sya lagi ang humaharap, masyadong obvious ang pagtatago niya sa amo nya, not even once na hinarap kami ni Richard, laging itong si Mike ang humaharap at laging sinasabi na wala sya. Then last monday sabi ni Mike na hindi daw sila pinapapasok dahil hindi sila sumasahod, wala din daw maibigay na malinaw na detalye sa kanila kung kelan nila makukuha ang sahod nila ng isang buwan pati yung payment nila sa sss, philhealth pagibig at bir wala, isang taon na kahit binawas sa salary nila. Bigla na lang daw silang hindi pinapasok na naiwang naka-hang. Imagine?!!!! empleyado na nila yun ha, empleyado na di hamak na maliit lang ang hinihingi kesa sa ating mga buyer hindi nila maibigay, at higit sa lahat ang ibig sabihin, kung wala na dun ang mga empleyadong kakilala natin at nakakaalam ng mga transaction natin, pano magagawa ni movena na maibalik pa yung bayad natin. wala na tayong nakakausap. Hay naku, o ano ngayon mike? Nararanasan mo ngayon yung na experience naming mga buyer sa paghahabol sa mga amo mo? Ano ang nagagawa ngayon syo ng pagtatakip mo kay Richard? Natutulungan ka ba nya? Ilang beses na din kaming bumalik dyan sa office nyo, sabi mga ng guard hindi na kayo pumapasok, pero minsan nakita namin dyan si Suzette Andaya, sya daw ang accounting manager Si Richard Kasama ni Movena Cu. Baka naman sila binabayaran ni Movena kaya hanggang ngayon nandyan pa din. Kasi di ba bakit ka magtitiis kung hindi na kayo sumasahod kung wala kang nakukuha. Magsama sama nga kayo, at dahil Si Richard Fernandez at Suzette Andaya ang nagtatago kay Movena Cu, dapat kasama sila sa reklamo natin, dapat mabnaggit din ang pangalan ng mga yan sa NBI at Media.
