My wife and I are starting to have a conversation on putting up our own business. My wife is an amazing cook with no formal training, so it can't be helped if I am contemplating on the idea. I have good stable 8 to 5 job but definitely a dead-end. To summarize it all, we have to take advantage of my wife's cooking talents.
We're planning to put up a barbecue grill which we will sell 5 menu items (para di mahirap mag-grocery and syempre, na-perfect na yung seasoning and sauces). So, we're talking about anything from grilled chicken to philly burgers. We're fans of Kitchen Nightmares so we're educated on the dedication and standards part of the business.
My question now is... any suggestions on the menu? This should be grilled (less fat) and I know I could google it but I want to know your fancy. Then I'll put it to a vote then invite the winners to the grand opening (hopefully this year).
