    hei, streams just want to follow up my applications..

    nakapasa na ako with my eagle exam as well as initial interview with mr.Tim last sept 14, 2011 sa jobfair sa trinoma.

    he later told me to follow up my applications the next day for assessments and versant exam

    the next day the 15, ive waited for an hour then take my versant exam then the chinee girl in the lobby told me that, expect a call within 24 hours..

    ibig sabihin ba nun? bagsak na ? or wala na pagasa? wala naman sinasabi sakin? 2 weeks na ako waiting.. gusto ko lang malaman kung pasa ba or hindi *** versant. or nalalaman din ang results at di lang sinasabi sakin kaagad??

    I've worked for Stream before (naabutan ko pa etel actually) pero when it became Stream, idk, its quite scary since they started laying off people sa account namin, nagulat na nga lang isang officemate ko na nalaman lang nya na na-lay-off na *** sya nung pumasok sya, ni wala man lang message like a week or 2 wks in advance na ganun gagawin sa kanya.) so bago pa mangyari saken yun e lumipat na ko. btw sa Libis site to. not sure with other sites / accounts. so goodluck sa mga applicants na lang talaga kung swertehin kayo sa account na mapupuntahan nyo

    Do you also consider re-hiring? I came from eTelecare (Libis), but as a Level 3 TSR for Matrix (Dell acs/cbg/xps and doc) for 3 years and 4 mos. Any other job openings suitable for me? Kindly pm me for details, thanks.

    ON top of basic salary: HMO, Night Differential, & Incentives are the things you may also want to consider before applying to a certain call center company.

    The reality is most of the call center agents are working at night. Thus, Health Card and Night Differential are very important upon hire.
    Base on clinical study, employees working at night are more prone to sickness due to weakened immune system.

    I've been a former employee of Stream - Clark and yes, the HMO is being given during training which is good coz we need it even during training. And I agree that the HMO is very VERY important and companies should not wait for it to be given away to agents upon regularization coz agents on probationary period are WORKING!!!
