Ideally, this would be someone who:
- comes from a SERVICE PROVIDER Background with strong emphasis on the TECHNICAL SUPPORT and MAINTENANCE responsibilities (yung nag IT Field Engineer- going from 1 customer to the other para eservice, emaintain ang systems nila)
- na dahil senior na **, he has moved on to MANAGING or LEADING The IT Field Engineers, his role now should be:
- leading/ managing the IT Engineers as well as the Engineers in the partners side (VENDOR Management), being the GO TO PERSON for everything (may mali- may magandang nangyari- he should be the one managingthe clients' or customers expectations on the product as well as on the Engineers servicing them. more on CLIENT and PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Role na **.
- candidates do not have to be SENIORs in Managing people though, mas gusto ng client ang nasa LEAD level at the moment and not the real deal manager manager (2x para ma stress:-).
- other details: Makati area, 80/20 split ang annual package- 20% OTE
- irecruitment stages: 1st- APAC Regional Service Director(Sinagporean), 2nd PH Country Manager (Filipino), Conference call with Global Service Director (Euro) then Background check- HR)
