Mr. Fly On The Wall is not taking a break anytime soon. Bobby has just released a brief behind-the-scenes visual of the first studio sessions for his fifth album, which he has tentatively titled “”V5.” That is actually kind of cool. I like it a lot more than the last title. Take a look at Bobby’s recent recording session at Blue Room studios in Atlanta, and stay tuned.

NEWS: CIARA TO REUNITE WITH LA REID AT EPIC

Antonio “L.A.” Reid quietly began his new job as head of Epic Label Group last week. The music mogul is assembling his roster of talent, which may include Ciara and Usher.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ciara will reunite with her former boss at his new venture at Sony. She asked to be released from her contract with Jive earlier this year after the underwhelming performance of her latest album Basic Instinct.

Another one of Reid’s discoveries, Usher, may also be making the shift from Jive to the restructured Epic. Reid was instrumental in launching the R&B phenom’s career 17 years ago.

Additionally, there is chatter that the 55-year-old executive is trying to bring Mariah Carey to Sony from her current home at Island Def Jam. She released her comeback album The Emancipation of Mimi under Reid’s watch and was previously signed to Columbia Records.

thanks. the type of R&B music which I really miss are bass-type/mellowish R&B like Love you down, Time after time by INOJ & My Boo by Ghost town DJ's. these songs never get old to me.

I simply miss the bass beats in R&B music like in Ne-Yo's song Because of You I love how the bass/clap beats are combined plus the guitar as main melo-instrument it made the song completely unique! =D

Cassie on Her Music Comeback: 'Feels Like My Time Is Now'

Is Cassie staging a major comeback? The model/singer seems to think so, insisting her career has been keeping her busy.

"I have been crazy busy, back in the studio getting my album done. Lots of new editorial shoots coming out," she tells Status Magazine in their August issue.

But with the long delay surrounding her new album 'Electro Love,' the follow-up to her 2006 self-titled debut effort, which boasted the hit single “Me & U,” is it too late? With three failed singles in the last 3 years, Cassie still believes she can get back to her glory days, insisting she knows people loves her music.

"Really been blessed lately - feels like my time is now,” she adds. “I'm a whole new version of myself, and I love it, so I know the people who really love my music will too... I couldn't be happier."

ra is currently on the Station Invasion Tour, and she tore through NYC last Thursday. Some quality video footage has finally surfaced, and if there’s one thing Ciara does well, its perform. Singer/Songwriter/Producer Terius “The-Dream” Nash has had his fair share of ups and downs in the industry. As any great, creative artist should have. While he continues to exceed success with his songwriting work, the ‘Love King’ is on the rebound with his singing career. With a free digital album dropping later this month, and his fourth studio album through Def Jam coming later this year, Dream spoke with HHNM about the new album title, The Love IV: Diary Of A Madman, and being a writer vs. a singer.

“What Madman means to me, is that I’m going to tell you what you don’t want to hear, but what you need to hear. Not politically correct, true, real and raw! There’s a Real World out there where people break up, fall in Love, break up again. There are real relationship problems that don’t taste like candy and more of those exist than the sweet toffee ones we think we know about. Life is Real. Failure at all points of a life is necessary and inevitable, because you never learn from success you learn from failure.”

As the conversation went on, he talked about his favorite role out of writer, producer and singer. Mr. Nash says:

“I would rather be a writer by nature because that’s what I am. But I’m starting to incorporate Sean Carter’s thinking and Sean Combs’ style of Vision into that and building on it day by day. Adding that vision to the Vision I already have is like building a telescope that would see into the birth of Hip-hop and would give me the least amount of mistakes while making decisions for myself and other artists. Also it would increase the knowledge of what to do when I do fail, the right chess moves. As I’ve practiced lately, ‘If the World sees you as Bad, **** it, be bad, sell bad! Only you know who you really are!”

J. Cole, Trey Songz & Rihanna On Set of “Can’t Get Enough” Video Shoot

Roc Nation rapper J. Cole recently teamed up with Mr. Yuuup himself, Trey Songz, on his upcoming single “Can’t Get Enough” off of his debut album ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’. The two were recently spotted in Barbados filming for the Clifton Bell-directed clip.. And of course since Rihanna just threw a homecoming concert there, it was also fitting for her to make a surprise guest appearance puffing on a cigar on the last day of the video shoot. (Don’t forget, J. Cole was the opening act for Rihanna’s LOUD Tour)

Judging by the pictures, courtesy of stylist Olori Swank, it looks like the video is gonna be a yacht/beach party type of theme. Either way, the song is hot, and all three of them (Cole, Trey & Riri) look sexy. Can’t wait to see the clip!! Thoughts?
