Usher Reveals Album Cover & Official Tracklisting for “Looking 4 Myself”

Usher has unveiled the cover art and tracklisting for his seventh album Looking 4 Myself. The much-anticipated set, due June 12, features 14 tracks including his No. 1 single “Climax,” newly released follow-ups “Scream” and “Lemme See,” and includes appearances from Pharrell, Luke Steele, and Rick Ross. The deluxe version includes four additional tracks, including the Pharrell produced “Hot Thing.”

Trey Songz's 'Chapter 5' to Feature T.I., Lil Wayne, Kelly Rowland, Big Sean, More

Trey Songz is concocting an all-star lineup for his forthcoming album 'Chapter 5,' as he shouted out several big names in a recent interview.

“I got a record with Tip on there,” Trey told Power 99’s Morning show on Friday (May 11). “Shout out to [Lil] Wayne, Big Sean, J. Cole, Kelly Rowland as well. A lot of great features thus far and I’m still recording.”

Songz called into the radio station with his mother, April Tucker, whom also had good things to say about Kelly Rowland being featured in her son’s latest music video, “Heart Attack,” as well as him being a “Mama’s boy.”

“I think they look very cute,” April says about Trey and Kelly Rowland. “I was on set and she’s very sweet and they have amazing chemistry in front of the camera, but they’re good friends. I like her though, she’s a sweetheart.”

With Mother’s Day literally around the corner, April says her son is his own man, but he’s also a mama’s boy.

“He’s a mama’s boy, but he’s his own man at the same time,” she adds. “I think that’s the best combination. He has great reverence and respect for me, but he still comes home and lays his head across my lap when it’s time to watch TV.”

Songz’s Chapter 5 album is scheduled to arrive this summer.

Chris Brown Heats Up the Desert in ‘Don’t Wake Me Up’ Video



Chris Brown has been working non-stop as he prepares to release his fifth album Fortune on July 3. After completing videos for “Sweet Love” and “Till I Die” with Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa, Breezy was back in front of the camera shooting the video for “Don’t Wake Me Up,” his new pop single produced by Benny Benassi and Free School.

The Colin Tilley-directed clip was shot in the desert on Monday with model Araya Nicks, who plays Chris’ leading lady. The shirtless singer posed against a vintage car and sported a bandana and Jordans.

Breezy will perform one of his Fortune singles at the Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on May 20.

Following his near-fatal jet ski accident last year, Sean Kingston celebrates life on his new single “Back 2 Life (Live It Up)” featuring T.I. He has already shot a video for the track, which samples Soul II Soul’s 1989 chart-topping hit “Back to Life (However Do You Want Me).”

Kingston has been in the studio working with longtime producer J.R. Rotem on his third album Back 2 Life, the follow-up to 2009’s Tomorrow.

Ashanti Says New Album Has "Drastic" Songs

Ashanti recently pushed her forthcoming album, "Braveheart," back to June 19, but in a recent interview, the former Murder Inc. songstress seems unclear about meeting that date.

"The album will be out this summer; very, very very excited," Ashanti told CBS Philadelphia. "I actually got a mix while we were traveling on the way here—I got the mix emailed to me about one of the records that I’m going to be releasing very soon so I’m really excited about that."

Fans awaiting the release may witness a deeper side of Ashanti, as she declares it will be "very vivid."

She adds: "This album is very drum heavy and melodic. I’m talking about a couple of things that are very drastic and paints a very vivid picture so I’m excited."

"Braveheart" is led by "The Woman You Love," a single featuring Busta Rhymes. Her last effort, "The Declaration," was released in 2008.

R. Kelly Sets June Release for 'Write Me Back'

The wait is almost over for R. Kelly's anticipated album "Write Me Back."

A follow up to his celebrated 2010 project "Love Letter," "Write Me Back" is set for a June 26 release.

Led by the single "Share My Love," Kelly's album will drop within days of his anticipated tell all book "Soula Coaster: The Diary of Me" and weeks ahead of the 'Sparkle' movie and soundtrack.

As previously reported, Kelly will also play his first show in six years in New York City this July.

Kelly's new single "Feelin' Single" has also been set for a May 29 release.

"Write Me Back," the album, is due June 26 via RCA.
