That's nothing compared to a lot of the album covers of brutal death metal, porn grind and gore grind bands. Thankfully I don't listen much to those bands so your eyes will be spared.

haha good. I mean that one has a photographic quality to it. Many covers look more like illustrations so it makes them less of a shock

Thats disgusting. However I refuse to consider that **** music or art. Extreme metal should also be about extreme talent and creativity and that includes album artwork.
