After three weeks, I am now for Pre-employment Walk-through tomorrow (I got a text from the HR-Officer).

What should I expect from this?
I hope super sure na yung employment ko with them.

Hello. Hmm.. Advice..
Be patient, kasi medyo matagal ang process nila.
When I say "matagal", it really is.

Here:

June 30 - Initial interview (Normal interview questions, you know what I mean), interviewer is intimidating, don't be scared. You have to show her that you know what you want and you know how to get it. Show her you are competitive cuz for the Dealer post, that's what they are primarily looking for.

July 11 - Received a text that I passed the initial interview. Will keep me posted regarding the Final Interview schedule.

July 26 - Received a text about the schedule of my Final Interview.

August 3 - Final Interview. Normal interview questions, why are you applying for the Dealer position and what do you know about it. And then the basic Mental Calculation (for this post, you need to be a quick calculator - may formula naman so keri lang). The interviewer will give you a problem like, what is 10% of this, that etc. Ganun. And she checked my palm too..

August 18 (today) - Received a text about the schedule of my Pre-Employment Walk-through. Sana last na to at sana sure na sure na yung employment ko.

Ganun. Para hindi ka maloka sa kakahintay, dapat may iba kang pinagkaka-abalahan, hehe. I'm still working kasi kaya di ko masyadong inisip, relax lang ako. Kelan ka magaapply? Galingan mo!

Maybe because dapat talaga mahaba yung arms, diba kapag dealer, sa table games, so dapat abot mo yung malalayong part ng table. That's my guess. Hehe

Medical Exam na kami kahapon, sana ma-clear kami lahat. ANg dami pang requirements. Haha

I forgot pala, the interviewee touched my palm too. I don't know if they prefer na malambot or magaspang ang palm. In my case, it's the former.

Yeah, figured that out after.
Pati sa medical exam, chineck din yung palm gawa baraha lagi ang
hawak so kailangan di wet ang palm. Haha.

Go to Star Cruises Centre, malapit siya sa NAIA Terminal 3.
Dumadaan yung mga jeep na pa-Nichols. Tabi-tabi naman yung Resorts World, Marriott etc. Good luck! Agahan mo ang punta. Hanggang 11am lang ang cut-off nila for Walk-in applicants..
