Guys i have an idea para sa mga newbies na nag aaplay... Why not try to apply sa mga headhunters.. Example john cleaments, alexander carmichael, westline asia, Global milestone asia, etc.. Dont get me wrong why i endorse this firms, they are not recruitment companies per se.. The reason is pag kasi pumunta ka sa kanila they will profile you to what call center ka pwede mag apply, they will review your resume some will conduct interviews and then they will let you know the do's and dont's pag mismong callcenter na mag iinterview sa inyo. They will even give hints sa mga exams or they will give out the exams itself para ma review mo.. Another good thing about this, in one day malalaman mo kung magkakano offers ng mga companies na partners nila.. Ano pa ba.. Uhm also right there and then pag sched ng certain company hr na bumisita sa office nila maiinterview ka na
agad. Naturuan ka na ng headhunter ano expected questions *** kaya makakaprepare ka. Just my 2 cents,,

yeah, good idea din yan. i tried worldwide empowerment if you're familiar with that. yep, tuturuan nga nila *** mga applicants kung panu sumagot sa isang interview at what questions *** karaniwang tinatanong nila (specifically, kung anong company). kasi *** iba may kanya2ng teknik eh. hehe. kaya ayun. thanks for the advice slingloader. i tried it, kaso sinawi ako. haha. pero infairness nabsorb ko lahat ng tnuro nila. haha.

regarding sa Teletech on-line exam, Match Point ba un? bakit d ako makalusot dito, to think na parang behavioral test lang ito. lahat na yata ng pwedeng isagot, sinubukan ko na, 2x na ako nag try, pero wala pa rin. may schedule pa naman ako sa Aug.15 ulit. any suggestions pls. thanks

yep, yung Match Point part. aw. what happened? di ko din kasi alam kung ano iadvice ko sayo. hehe. better review their site, alam mo yung pnanood na video db bago magphone simulation? may mga minention na sites after that video, try mo siyang ibrowse sa internet. ganun kasi ginawa ko eh, i think it'll help you din. may mga kasama din kasi sa exam na LAN, IP, blah blah, whatsoever. then try mo din kalikutin un pc mo, learn the basics kung paano ayusin yung internet connection, kung ano un pipindutin mo, un mga firewall din, etc. mga ganun. kasi ang alam ko meron dun part na ikaw talaga gagawa eh, meron din dun na iimagine mo lang kung saan banda to makikita. mga ganyan lang. hehe. go kaya mo yan.

buhat ng nag-exam ako sa teletech, un talaga yung mahirap na part at exam na nadaanan ko. pero pagdating mo sa ibang CC at nag-exam ka sasabihin mo na lang na mas madali yung exam nila compare sa teletech. haha. saka nakatulong din kasi before ka mag-exam may mga naaral ka pa.

naku, di ko alam kung paano yung process sa fairview eh. basta sabi nga nila be confident lang. regarding the exam, browse mo na lang tong thread na to, kasi alam ko may pinost ako dito regarding dun eh.

kailangan ko na talagang magwork. haynku. sana matuloy na yung training ko bukas. grabe wala pa kong kasiguraduhan dun kung may JO ba talaga akong makukuha o wala. sana pag natapos yung 10days training at final interview makapasok na ako. pag bukas talaga hindi pa natuloy yung training, didiretso na ko sa makati para magwalk in ulit. hindi ko na to keri.

Kayang kaya mo yan sir. Its just a matter of taking the leap. Pag nagpatalo ka sa kaba mo ikaw ang talo.

Tip: First impressions last. If your timid when you come in the room, then the interviewer will think you have confidence issues.
Crack a joke, laugh at yourself, be spontaneous.. never fails for me.
