    Wala bang protein ang sarsa? Tsaka palaging may halong karne ang spaghetti at pancit. Pero walang Pinoy akong kilala ang nag-uulam lang ng kanin at patatas.

    More than food, it's also economic, political, social and natural environment conditions that affect mortality rate. When you come to think of it, food nutrition is actually not much of a factor as compared to the other conditions as those have a greater and drastic effect on mortality rate.

    Oo. Merong niluluto kami noon na giniling na baboy sinabawan sa hipon, mais at malunggay. Sarap!

    Meron ding nilagang baka na may patatas at corn on cob. Hay naku, panalo sa sarap yun!

    buti pa tayo may ulam na pancit Kanton sa kanin at masarap sya kahit ipakain mo pa yan sa kano, hindi sila magreklamo. Sa ibang bansa they eat cow's dung.

    ah oo nga pala may iba iba din palang luto ng mais generalized kasi yung question ko hehe.... lalo ko tuloy naiisip magluto ng bulalo ngayon

    pero yung plain na nilagang mais di mo maiuulam sa kanin right?

    well for sure the main is reason is mura. when I was volunteering sa mga slump areas during health missions, marami akong nakita na may ulam is mami or pansit canton. yung isang pansit typically nauulam ng tatlong bata, so kung syam sila, three packs of noodles ang ulam.

    di naman siguro kabobohan yun, yun lang ang kaya nila. kung kaya mo naman magulam ng talagang ulam sino naman may ayaw nun.

    minsan pag natyetyempo kami na lunch, may mga pamilya na mega alok sila, na di ka talaga makatanggi, di kasi ko sanay ulamin ang pansit o mami sa kanin, di ko talaga kaya, para kasing nakakasikmura, ayoko naman masuka sa harap nila,

    kaya yung madalas ko rin makitang isa pang ulam nila, yung chichiryang lasang manok or letson, yun na lang hinihingi ko para ulamin.

    adik sa rice kasi yung ibang noypi. di raw sila nabubusog pag walang rice na kasama yung kinakain nila. so ang point is di naman sa inuulam nila yung pansit or pasta, di lang sila nabubusog pag pasta o pansit lang nilalantakan nila. may rehab ba for rice addiction? lolz

    wow. anong masama sa pag ulam ng mga yan sa kanin kung gusto nila. walang kinalaman ito sa nutrition o starch group.

    Ako inuulam ko ang Lucky Me Beef Noodles sa kanin kasi masarap, lalo na pag nilagyan ko ng maraming paminta.
    Yung pasta di ko ginagawa, kasi ayaw ko. Pero I know someone na ganto at di ko naisip na bobo o ignorante siya.

    Bakit di mo sabihin yan sa taong nakita mo na ganyan ang gawain ng harapan, hanggang sa paggawa ng thread ka lang ba? peace.

    sa amin, inuulam ang mais, but not the sweet corn, ang inuulam namin yung tagalog, yung malagkit.

    Ginigisa siya kasama ng malutong na baboy, sibuyas, kamatis, bawang, tapos may konting sabaw, na may dahon ng ampalaya.
