Di naman po dahil di kayo fit sa hinahanap para sa sales support specialist post hindi na kayo magaling. put it it this way, naghahanap kami ng expert na karpintero pero ang qualification mo ay para sa isang magaling na tubero,parang ganun lang po.

Nope. I dont' think that's the case. Wala daw talagang hiring for that position sa Makati or QC kaya ibang account yung inooffer.

I believe I'm proficient in both areas kaya lang mas preferred ko na talaga ang back office as compared to receiving calls dahil ilang years na din itong ginagawa ko prior to my call center experience.

Kaya nung nadiscover ko that there is an alternative as to taking calls (although in some cases not a better one in terms of pay), I have already set my mind na back office talaga gusto ko, as in zero-calls.

Kaya nga I immediately turned IBMs offer down without even asking kung magkano yung pay.

Thanks but I already accepted another non-voice job with a different company and I'm quite satisfied with what I'm getting from them including free transport to the office to my house and vice-versa, unlimited bottled drinks, quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance bonuses, twice-a-year salary increase and a not-so-stressing type of work. It was probably a good thing that your company didn't have what I was looking for after applying for the back office position three times after which only to find out the position is no longer available and be offered a voice account again and again.
