Instead of apad/irobot baka better na mag Coby kasi may brand talaga so better chances of having warranty and technical support.

It's a French brand (or UK?), has warranty. Strength nya is mas marami syang supported format sa audio/video and may forum sya where you can find guides. If you get one just stick to the 2.1.8 firmware version, yon ang mas stable than recent releases. Check reviews first before updating firmware.

Medyo mas mataas nga lang price nya than the apad/irobot.

Yung 7" na Archos mini-usb lang to connect to PC. Yun yatang 10" merong full usb. Pero yung usb ng mga Archos devices not for 3g dongles. Pag walang wifi I connect the Archos to 3g via bluetooth tethering with my dumbphone. Research the features before buying para you'll know what to expect =)

(I'm referring to Archos Gen8 tablets: the Archos 70 and 101)

I'm not 100% sure. Haha.

Just want to share a quick review of this device: Archos 7c-

Confused lang ako with the processor, the review says rockchip 2818 311MHz while others say its a cortex a8/rk 2918 combo at 1.2 GHz, still may nagsasabi ring 800 MHz.

    Archos vs Coby:

That will depend on the particular models you are looking at. Within your 10k budget compare mo feature for feature yung specs ng Archos 7c with the Coby Kyros (they have several models). Important things to look for to enjoy your tablet:

    1. Capacitive with multitouch
    2. Accelerometer
    3. Upgradable to at least Android 2.2
    4. Good battery life (can last at least 6 hours)
    5. Access to Google Market (or Market hack)
    6. Preferably Cortex A8 or higher for flash support

Bear in mind though that Android is not as polished as Ipad's IOS, so kung di ka mahilig mag-research or mag-troubleshoot baka di ka matuwa.

Regarding ethernet adaptor, yung Archos 70 ko wala. If I'm not mistaken, tablets connect to the net via wifi, bluetooth/usb tethering or 3g dongle. Di ba adaptor for 3g dongle yung kasama sa apad/irobot?

I'm not sure if the 7c already has official android market for access to free apps but nontheless merong market hack ang Archos called Arctools where you'll be able to install Google Market.
