hiring po ba ang ATOS ngayon?? I'm a previous tsr po from dell but that was 5 years ago. Balak ko po sana mag apply pero baka bumagsak ako sa tech test and interview. Troubleshooting po ba yung tech interview nila? Limot ko na kasi yung mga pinagaralan namin dati sa Dell. Do they accept High School graduates? How many years of experience in a Call center or tech account do they require for me to be eligible for the post. Hingi na rin po sana ako ng tips sa test and interviews aside po sa mga namention ni Sir Nightwing. Thanks.

for the details about the hiring process. refer to the last thread #55. I already posted there what you should need to know. For the fresh grad especially without tech background, I'm not sure if they will really hire you bec. if I'm not mistaken they're only hiring people with call center exp. especially with tech support accounts but you can still try. It doesn't mean if you fail there's no more hope. Just try and try. I was considered before an average joe, the term they call in the call center industry among TLs and trainers but I can say now that I already improved and it's no joke for the experiences I gathered throughout my call center experience. For the exam it's kinda tricky and just to remind you, when I took the exam there are 7 of us but only 3 passed. But I failed the initial interview I don't know why but I gave my damn best. Too think that I know someone also from the hr (backer) and even some TLs so 100% sure I can pass everything but I didn't use it. Let say I got excited to apply early in the morning instead doing it in the afternoon. I didn't regret failing when I applied there just move on and practice.
