For your free education:
"Metrosexual is a neologism derived from metropolitan and heterosexual coined in 1994 describing a man (especially one living in an urban, post-industrial, capitalist culture) who spends a lot of time and money on shopping for his appearance."
Source: Metrosexual - wikipedia
Note the term: HETEROSEXUAL.

Laman niyan, ano? Lip Balm, cologne, pulbos, etc etc.
Syempre maluwag yun, di ba? So dadating panahon maiisip ni metrosexual guy with kikay kit na 'Teka, bili narin ako nang lipstick....konti lang naman para medyo red labi ko'
After a while, 'Aba, maluwag parin, make-up narin..konti lang naman inaapply ko eh..kung mga artista ngang lalake eh...'
Dyan nagsisimula yan.
wala ako ganyan. panyo lang. hahaha makapg start n mg lagay ng ganyan
I have a revlon face powder in my pocket all the time... thats it...
but hey I'm not so straight so I don't think that counts..
anyway for guys who are extremely masculine and have kikoy kits.. I find it a trend setting matter..
guys who are confident with who they are is always a good thing and could be contagious to other guys...
Lip gloss?!
LOL.
WTF.
I only carry lip balm and gum. I don't need nothing else.
when I was in high school I had this classmate bully he was really tall really big and ugly and dark when he walked around campus he commanded attention and he had this battalion of guys as his private army,..
the catch is, his pocket was always bulging because he used to carry this little johnson's and johnsons baby powder and he would apply it on his face constantly in public..
back then it weirded me out,. when I started applying stuff on my face I would tell my self
"this is normal because (name of the guy) is doing it"
If they feel that they need it and that will make them happy, then so be it.
Leave them alone.
Just because they like to look pretty and presentable does not mean you have to follow or despise them.
Some people feel the need to do that on a daily basis. Let them be.
lol I don't see anything wrong sa kikay kit na yan.![]()
wala rin namang masama kung may baon na facial wash ang isang guy especially kung hot ang weather at oily ang face nya. powder is fine din naman as long na hindi ka maglalagay nun in public.![]()
You replied my comment with this...
But this says it all...
There is absolutely nothing wrong with men carrying "grooming" kits (ayan hindi na "kikay" para masa manly ang dating) BUT BUT BUT...it still depends on what's inside of the said grooming kit.
It's good that guys have kits to keep themselves well-groomed. Ako nga, eh, wala akong ganyan kaya kalat sa bag ko yung cologne, talcum powder and comb ko...
Anyways, one shouldn't be too judgemental when it comes to things like that. Mas mabuti nga kung well-groomed ka all the time kaysa magmukhang sabog. That way, mas presentable and mga guys who are ready to look good in front of the girls...![]()
