Tay, nueve de pebrero and welfairville are not the only residential places in Mandaluyong. There are townhouses here that are worth from Php15million-Php25 million (townhouse palang). Zonal Value ng lot sa Mandaluyong is Php35,000/sq.m (lot palang yun)

baligtad talaga ang pinas pagdating sa concept ng bahay, or i guess kasi most of the time upper class ang target ng mga developers instead ng mga nsa baba which is mas kelangan...

for me mas pipiliin ko ang apartment/condo, since considered yun as "green" lifestyle and mas malapit sa work areas; compared to a house and lot na mura pagdating sa maintenance pero malayo naman sa work areas, so kakainin *** ng pamasahe/gas ang budget and sayang sa oras kapag traffic...
