Tanong mo ABS-CBN sports.
Just saw a couple of people with their DSLRs on the ticket booth and a videocam on a tripod in the lower box section, and I was able to bring my cam inside. Baka naman allowed talaga and except lang for big ticket games.
Was about to bring a zoom lens yesterday, nahiya pa ako sa security.

Nice shots! Considering that you were seated far away...
Parang movie theatre na bawal ang video camera pero meron pa ring nakakapasok. As can be seen by live streaming sites and youtube videos shortly after the game. Mag-search na lang kayo sa internet. Ayaw kong maglista since it's piracy and I see some threads being closed for this reason.
Yung Pacquiao fights since 2007 sa youtube ko lahat napanuod since I'm working abroad. After a few days they are taken down due to copyright infringement dahil pay-per-view dapat.
Lahat bawal. Bawal kasi ang social status patch when guys are supposed to watch and enjoy basketball or cdc. Flaunting your sore bling bling a.k.a. social status patch is better executed in The Piazza, Ayala Triangle, High Street or in Paris.
pwede mo ilusot, ibalot mo lang ng jacket then ilagay sa backpack.
ganyan ginawa ko nung NBA vs. RP team game.
@schumi
wow gen ad?
anong lens yan? hehehe
also, what camera did you used?
I'm not really certain but many times i was able to bring my dslr inside araneta...i even took pictures knowing that i am just sitting in the patron
I tried bringing mine dati.. Jeric Fortuna: Way of living? LOL Cute kasi e!
Can you please go away? You are cheapening this forum.
Araneta Coliseum is strict about this one. You can only bring your professional imaging or video equipment unless you have a PRESS ID. I also notice that if you're sitting nearer, they're more stricter when it comes to checking your baggage. If you're sitting on Upper Box or GenAd, they won't even bother to reprimand you bringing your camera.
Unless you're a girl (or you're with a girl) and you've got a bag which can hide your camera, you can get past the security. I saw ex-players, ex-officials or their relatives who are also exempted from the rule.
I heard MOA Arena is following the same procedure.
ang hindi ko maintindihan ay kung bakit pa nila ipinagbabawal ang pagdadala ng camera. halos lahat naman na ay may camera phone.
AH! AH! AH! AH! AH!
