After a few days when i checked their website again. Pero yun nga di kami inabutan ng promo so nagbayad pa kami.
Nung nagbook ka meron dun airport transfer ha, o baka nung nagbook ka wala silang promo for airport transfer?
I was in Palawan from August 3-6, and I should say I was VERY disappointed.
The place itself is as beautiful as ever. What disappointed me was the fact that the prices have skyrocketed, probably because of the Underground River's recent inclusion in the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
For the Honda Bay tour, they now charge tourists with Environmental fee of 40 pesos per head, Terminal Fee of 3 pesos per head, plus the boat rentals now have a maximum of 6 passengers per vessel @ 1500, with an additional fee of 250 per excess passenger. To add to that, they now charge 100 per head entrance fee for Pandan Island, 75 per head for Cowrie Island, 50 per head for Luli and Starfish Island, and another 50 per head for Pambato Reef.
So what used to be a TOTAL expense of 1500 for the entire Honda Bay tour (for up to 10 people) will now amount to about 5000 pesos more or less. And they don't even have Snake Island included any longer. This does not seem to be tourist-friendly, most especially for the common Pinoy.
They charge the same amount of Environmental Fee for the Underground River tour, aside from the new tedious process of booking. I met at least 5 very angry returning foreign nationals who tried to visit the Underground River, but were declined due to the new process.
It was my 5th time in Puerto Princesa, and will probably be my last.

has anyone tried staying in purple fountain courtyard inn? it's relatively new,i just saw it in the FB page of Marina garden since they own the place too.the place looks really interesting.very colorful and lively yung ambiance.
