    GENERAL INFORMATION
    - Puerto princesa city lies in the center of the island province of Palawan. considered the largest city in the country (253,982hectares land area, 106kms long). we have 66 barangays, 35 which are urban and 31 are rural.

    - the name Puerto Princesa was given in the honor of Princess Eulalia of Spain, born in 1864 to the reigning Queen Isabela II and Dr. Francisco de Asis. when the princess died, the queen renamed the place to Puerto dela Princesa which was eventually reduced to Puerto Princesa as it is known today

    from airport: kung wala kayong reservation sa pension house pwede kayo sumakay sa trike para magpahatid sa kanila sa kung saang pension house niyo gusto mag-check in, yung mga trike na nasa loob ng airport 50pesos ang singil nila, lumabas lang kayo ng airport hindi naman malayo, kapag dun kayo sumakay 10pesos lang ang pamasahe kung medyo malayo yung pension

    from pension house: kung pupunta kayo sa palengke, minimum lang na 7pesos ang pamasage, kung medyo malayo 10pesos. ganun din kung pupunta kayo sa mga resto halos 10pesos lang ang pamasahe.

    DIY tour:
    -kung magcity tour kayo na trike lang may marerent kayo na 600-700pesos para sa buong tour, depende din sa mga gusto niyong puntahan, kung hindi naman napuntahan lahat pwede pa mabawasan yung bayad sa trike para sa tour. 40pesos ang entrance fee sa crocodile farm, 25pesos naman sa butterfly garden

    - going to honda bay na trike lang 500pesos ang bayad, ihahatid kayo ng trike at susunduin na dun, sa wharf magregister kayo then bayad ng boat, may 1300 na boat good for 6pax, medyo maliit yun, 1500 na yung kasunod na boat, additional 250pesos para sa additional pax. 50pesos naman ang bayad sa entrance fee bawat island, maliban sa snake island walang bayad ang entrance, pwede kayo mamalengke muna para may food kayo pagdating sa island or sa island na din bumili ng food.

    - sa underground river tour naman, kailangan niyo muna kumuha ng permit sa booking office sa tabi lang ng kinabuch, sa may building ng badjao 150pesos ang permit, then punta kayo sa san jose market para sumakay ng public van 120pesos ang pamasahe hanggang sabang wharf, pagdating dun patatakan niyo ang permit sa office madali lang naman makita yung office sa may wharf, then kuha kayo ng boat 700pesos good for 6pax, pagdating sa UR wharf register kayo then tawagin kayo kung sasakay na ng paddle boat, wala na tong bayad.

    @tiara - Thanks for posting the pics at na-miss ko tuloy ang PP. Naalala ko tuloy yung mga snatcher ng pagkain. Nung pumunta kami jan ay may isang turista na sinabihan ng tour guide na i-secure yung gamit kaso inuna ang picture taking kaya si snatcher ninakaw yung malaking bag ng frito lays. Nagsisigaw yung babae pero kasalanan ren naman niya kaya nangyari yun.

    I'd love to go back pero in 2-3 years time. Lapit na manganak si wifey kaya malaking drain sa budget namin yung para kay baby. Pwede naman siguro sa kids yung underground river and honda bay tour?

    hello chem_eng gandang gabi, yung firefly watching mas ok siya gawin after ng city tour para hindi kayo masyadong pagod, kung after ng UR or honda bay sobrang pagod na katawan niyo, hindi na kayo magenjoy nun kasi parang gustong gusto niyo ng matulog na lang at magpahinga

    naku congrats sa bagong baby niyo pwede sa kids ang mga tours dito sa puerto, ang anak ko wala pa siyang 1yr old nung una ko siya dinala sa underground river at honda bay, pero mas na-enjoy niya ang tours ngayong mag-3yr old na siya
