Ok. Coach, I sent email to Crossfit Mnl. Tell your friend coach na nag email ako sa nakalagay sa website nila. I emailed them last year but no one replied.

I'm looking for nice decent but cheap bar, or kung meron B&R bar I am willing to buy brand new (pero pagiipunan ko pa)

i have been eyeing this gym for quite some time now. pero dahil nakagawa ako ng sariling "gym" sa bahay at ngayon na nagaadik ako sa p90x, na postpone yung pageenroll ko.

gusto ko yung gym, bakit? dahil dun kay Mark Limbaga. Nakita ko kasi na madalas siyang nagcocomment sa eclipse facebook acct. so inadd ko siya. coach ata siya dun or owner. pero one thing's for sure, this guy lives and breathes fitness! tingin ko marami rami siyang alam at hindi siya basta bastang tao sa gym. sabi ko sa sarili ko, kung ganito ang klase ng tao na makakasalamuha ko araw araw sa loob ng gym, eh talagang mamomotivate ako.

So just a piece of advice, kung kailangan mo talaga magenroll sa isang gym, tingnan mo lahat, wag lang kung aircon to o hindi, kung may shower room o wala or kung kumpleto ba at up-to-date yung mga equipments? Lastly, make sure na you have an idea kung sino at anong klaseng mga tao ang maeencounter mo sa loob ng gym. Do your research! or in my case, "facebook stalking." haha yun lang.

This is the most sensible thing I've read here in awhile.

But for this to be truly constructive, I think you should post this at the golds, FF and other gym threads. Most people in this thread will not learn from your post.

I've always been telling people, the more "bulok" gyms are better. (results) If you want a clubhouse, there's FF.
