    kung hindi, okey lang ba gamitin yung running shoes ko sa paggygym? meron bang required na susuotin dun? pasensya na kung maraming tanong, nung first time ko kasi naglakas loob magpunta ng gym eh hindi ako pinapasok, bawal daw nakatsinelas, ayoko lang uli maulit yung experience na yun, Slamat

    Pwede nakatsinelas. Pwede nakapaa. Hindi advisable mag running shoes pag nagbubuhat ng mabigat.

    If you like wearing shoes, better stick with ones that are suited for working out in the gym. Running shoes will easily be teared apart faster than when you would use them for about a year spent on joining running events.

    But yeah, Eclipse highly encourages their clients to just wear slippers (and barefoot). Less hassle na magdala pa ng rubber shoes, especially if you're coming from work and vice versa.

    This one I haven't tried yet. But yeah, I see more people in Eclipse working out barefoot or wearing slippers than people working out in shoes. I'll try this out some day, nakakatamad mag dala ng sapatos.

    It's ALWAYS better to work out barefoot than even in chuck taylors. Unfortunately, some places I go to frown upon that.
