    Ah ok po, so aaralin nalang po siguro sa internet kung paano i perform bago pumunta sa gym, mga ilang oras po kaya yung ma coconsume per day nung allotted workout? Parang naisip ko po kasi na instead mag gym, strenous exercises nalang per day like jogging for 1.5-2 hours. Kaya lang madami pong excess fats iniisip ko po baka hindi sila bumalik sa original shape, e parang sayang yung time ko sa exercises.
