Service Desk

1. Latest previous work background should be within the last two years (the
more recent, the better).
2. Helpdesk or Call Center work background should be within the field of IT
Technical Support, not just any call center field.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Very good telephone communication skills required - should be apparent on
previous work history.
5. With exposure to multi-national environment
6. Preferably with IT Deskside support background on top of Helpdesk work
experience
7. Preferably residing near Alabang
