Baka until 6pm ang registration sa MS Finance bukas kasi 8pm nagsasara ang cashier's office eh. Bukas ko na i-paprocess lahat lahat para isang puntahan na lang.

Do you think it is sound to have a CFA first to boost my credentials then apply to graduate schools abroad? I'm currently interested in either LSE (London School of Economics), MIT Sloan, INSEAD, or Columbia Business School. And besides wala akong pera pang-enroll Almost PhP 5-10 million kasi magagastos. My only hope is to get a scholarship/fellowship, eh of course super competitive din yun. Sorry di na ko nakapagback-read.

So, CFA + solid work experience-> scholarship -> Tier 1 grad school -> $$$ ?????

Also, is it true that you can apply directly to LSE and other british grad schools directly coming out of a UP undergrad? Sa websites kasi nila, at least master's degree kailangan, but I've heard/read somewhere that yun nga, a UP undergrad is enough...

I graduated from UP CBA fairly recently (fairly haha) and I could say OK sa MS Fin. We had two professors in undergrad na nag-aaral dyan, one is even a CPA board topnotcher.

Actually ganyan din iniisip ko.

Ang plano ko ngasiguro mag MS Fin muna [in preparation for CFA and/or CIPM certification], para after ma-certify, greater chances of being accepted in MBA schools abroad. Pangarap kong talagang makapasok sa Wharton.

San ba pede mag enroll para sa CFA? I know meron MS Finance sa UP. Pede ba ang mga working students dun? Magkano ang tuition (estimate)?
