    heres my current meal plan. i dont really strictly compute for my calorie intake and stuff, rough estimates lang. i'm 6'1, 180 lbs. im satisfied with my weight but i wouldnt mind going down to 175 basta i wanna build more muscle and reduce the fats.

    meal 1:
    oatmeal, 1 cup
    apple, 1 pc
    hard boiled egg, 1 pc
    steamed fish, 250 lbs

    meal 2:
    peanut butter sandwich
    optional: taho, 1 cup, i put very few syrup

    meal 3:
    1 cup rice
    300 lbs steamed/grilled chicken breast
    2 pcs saba
    1 cup steamed veggies, sometimes i saute them in olive oil

    meal 4:
    hard boiled egg, 1 whole
    tuna, 1 can

    meal 5:
    protein shake
    hard boiled egg whites, 2 pcs

    meal 6:
    my favorite meal! i have this improvised baked oatmeal bars. ingredients are oats, fruits, nuts and a little cinnamon. well not really formesinto bars. hehe. yummy esp. when refrigerated


    i workout before meal 5. 4-5x a week.

    What about if I'm a long-distance runner? 42k-50 miles na kasi yung mga tinatakbo ko and its really hard to cut carbs in my diet pero yun lang nga I want to build muscle(yung lean lang). Kelangan parin ba i-cut yung carbs and stick to protein?

    hi guys... i just want to know your comments and sugestions sa meal plan ko... nights shift ako so after work ako nag wowork out. mga 1am..

    so heres my meal plan

    pag gising ko, 12 pm i eat 1 cup rice + chicken without skin or fish or lean beef and vegies

    7pm ganun ulit. 1 cup rice + chicken/fish/beef

    tapos 15 mins before i work out kumakain ako ng wheat bread ang palaman peaunut butter

    tapos mga 3am kumakain ako ng rice again + chicken/fish/beef...

    5am sleeping time

    what can you say about my diet? I know it doesnt look good especially ang goal ko is to add some lean muscle and speed up my metabolism and lose weight... parang nakukulangan kasi ako sa kinakain ko... any sugestions?

    one thing na naiisip ko is to add whey protein to my diet? mas convenient kasi sya eh especially sa mga kagaya ko na busy at walang time mag prepare ng food..
