Yes, I've heard about that promo! And I am about to try Clium fibre, I've read a lot of good feedback for a strict fiber diet.

Hey guys. I hope someone can answer me.

In my atempt to get bigger, i'm resorting to drinking lots of milk everyday. I take about 1-2L of milk everyday for the past two weeks now. However, around 5-10 mins after drinking milk (i normally drink 500mL in one sitting) I already feel the need to go to the bathroom and release the junk.

As far as I know i'm not lactose intollerant. I can eat other milk based products without problems. I dont get cramped stomach after drinking milk, its just that I feel the urgency to release it.

Now do you think I should continue drinking milk? Or am I just wasting money since the milk ends up in the toilet minutes after?

BTW - it's fresh milk that i'm talking about.

    Thanks!

You are lactose intolerant. Most Asians are. Milk has the most lactose, other milk products (cheese, etc.) have much less.

Switch to lactose free milk, or buy lactase pills (available at Healthy Options and S&R).

i think you're drinking too much.. you don't need to drink 2L of milk everyday to get big.

I have a meal plan prepared by a nutritionist from Sureslim. Basically it's a veggie-meat-fruits-calcium supplement combo. So far oks naman, well maintained yung weight ko and walang masyadong hunger pangs.

    ^ bawal po txtspeak dito...

binasa mo na ba yung link??? bakit mo papalitan ang kanin???

saka TBH, yung eggs at gatas na approach mo is exactly what is limiting you from making more gains since iniisip mo sapat na yun...
