It's eighty-something days before the next season guys! Can we now start discuss the upcoming season? Suggestions, comments, and other concerns?

My priority concern at the moment is how to encourage all participants, to finish the season! HAHAHAHA.

Yung iba kasi, ang aga sumuko, hindi na sinusubukang bumawi kung malayo na sa rankings. Iniisip ko gumawa ng all-time leaderboard ranking for points, at magrequest na rin sa admins kahit through pin na lang, points-level pin for fantasy leagues. Iaaward sa mga participants yung pins if they reach a certain point level. Like Fantasy League points 250+, 500+, 750+, 1000+, and so on. Together with the all-time leaderboard, parang for bragging rights lang. Wala lang, mababaw pero for fun lang din, to add excitement and competition. That way, kahit natatalo na sa isang season ng FL, subukan pa rin mag-earn ng points for the pin and all-time leaderboard ranking.

as for the current format, merong ganitong game yung premierleague.com dati called "I Know the Score" winning team, full time score, etc.. mas mahirap pa nga yun kasi right minus wrong ang points system, I don't know if they still have it, if they have this could replace the predicition league we have here

I highly recommend that premierleague.com's official fantasy game be made the official fantasy league

2. you get to make your own team (and name it), create your own kit, pick your squad, choose your captain, make transfers (very strategic)

3. Create and join leagues
Play against friends and family, colleagues or a web community in private leagues. we could even have mini-leagues between club supporters

4. you'll be more involved with following stats other than goals like assists and clean sheets and bonus points for top performing players of the match

5. the scoring system is competitive, the winner in the classic league scores the most points cumulative throughout the season, while the head to head league scoring uses the same points system as association football leagues with the winner having the most points after 38 fixtures

I could see one con which is you have to go to premierleague.com to manage your team, you can't manage it here on PEx but still... with this

everyone has a guaranteed team every week for the whole season, it avoids missed gameweeks which contributes to low participation, marami ng nawawalan ng gana pag may namiss na multiple gameweeks, everybody has a score for every week and mas madali makahabol based on managerial skills even if you don't edit your team week in week out and leave it as is for a long time you have a chance as long as your players are in good form

and it also saves on the work of tallying up scores week in week out since the Barclays Premier League will actually do it for us

so, are we now required to play the fantasy league as well or yung predict the score game lang? pwede namang mag-register either/or sa dalawang games na yon, diba?
