yan rin ang pinagtataka ko eh, may Memorandum of Agreement na last year between NCAA & SM tapos ngayon biglang undecided pa rin ang NCAA kung saan ang opening.


And I agree w/ pusongbaste, dapa i-impose ng NCAA yung right nila kung saang venue ang gusto nila, hindi yung tv coveror ang mamimili para sa atin. Tsaka kung ang rason ng AKTV is mahihirapan mag-setup ng equipment if hindi sa Smart Araneta ang opening, ang dating sa kanila (AKTV) is napaka-incompetence nila, maglilipat at mag-sesetup lang ng equipment hirap pa sila.

and crime-infested! parking is not even safe!

If they can improve not just the interior but the area around the venue then we can always use it as a third choice. Like I said, there's San Juan Arena as a better alternative and proximity to member schools. Tried and tested na natin both Cuneta and San Juan and I can understand why majority wanted SJ Arena. SM MOA Arena siyempre ang bagong bahay, so tingnan natin kung ilang games ang magagawa natin duon!

It's official on SM MOA Arena's end to abide by their MOA with NCAA. Which means, hindi pwedeng i-balewala ng MANCOM ang napag-usapan na. Pero kung tama ang hinala ko, kailangan pa nilang lambingin AKTV.

anyone tried calling MOA arena for the ticket prices?

^^most likely, all shows including uaap/ncaa games will also be availabe thru SM Tickets which is in every SM malls. i guess this will be very convenient for all of us. just go to an SM mall and you'll be able to buy tickets for SM MOA Arena shows.

on the other hand, scalpers will feast on every availble tickets.. this is what frequently happens for (araneta) ticketnet tickets.. kahit yun wally and jose concert di nakalagpas sa mga scalpers..

Does that mean scalpers will be flocking to SM MOA Arena?

I'm still wondering about what AKTV will want to happen in the duration of the season as they cover our games. They have to find a way to keep some collegiate games in SMART-Araneta, or probably put the pro-games there for good. Of course, transportation of logistics is still their dilemma.

I'm thinking it's an opening ceremony with 2 live games plus 2 extra games up until 10pm? Tiba-tiba ang mga kainan sa MOA sa mga estudyante at alumni na nakatambay pa!

So yung ika-5 na game, monday na? Sa MOA Arena pa rin kaya? As in dun na tayo parati?

At ang schedule ng games natin with AKTV starts at 4pm. Medyo naging late pero eksakto for merienda/dinner!

AKTV's sked for the NCAA will be 4-8 pm. Two seniors' games every Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. There is also a possible Sunday 2 pm one game sked before the PBA.

There is something wrong with this set-up. You start your games late in the afternoon and then you show it late on TV?

kung hindi ako nagkakamali, ang contract natin sa AKTV is live broadcast. so malamang live yan.

may Sunday pa, siguro yung Sunday games pwede na kapag 2nd round para hindi masyadong late matapos ang season.

Does this mean the juniors game will be played by 12pm in the same venue before the live telecast of the seniors game?
