si Takeru Sato ba talaga ang bagay sa role.. pag sa unang tingin kase parang hindi, pero sana ....at base sa mga ibang gif sa taas parang ok naman..and hopefully the whole movie is not disappointing.

absolutely love the trailer, di naman siguro nila ipipilit sa isang movie ang buong kwento, pwede siguro trilogy yan naman uso ngayon *lol*

I love this movie. As someone who's watched live action adaptations of Manga and Anime (Japan loves making those) I could say that this is in the top tier in terms of quality based on the trailer alone. Sure, merong mga elements ng story that would be changed. But that's the job of Nobuhiro Watsuki who is actively involved in the production. And if the guy who made RK is the one who made the change, then it has to have a good reason.

Many people (usually American RK fans) who've bashed this movie since the news broke out. But honestly, I think they are going for a grittier, more realistic take on the story (sort of like the Trust and Betrayal OAV with the light-heart moments of the manga original) and that's good because then it is more believable.

I love Kaoru's casting. The actress is not really not model-pretty, but so far she looks like the brawny dojo mistress who is pretty in her own way, just like Kaoru's supposed to be.
