Land development will be finished this month, so house construction will start pa lang this month or next month.

As of now , 4 house models pa lang ang nakatayo sa site namin. We are not allowed to take pictures ourselves of the model houses in Cavite due to company policy, however I can post house model pictures from our maiden project Amaia Scapes Laguna

We have monthly ammortization for

bungalow pod at 8-10k a month depending on lot size - 20years to pay
twin homes at 12-13k a month depending on lot size - 20years to pay

para ma approve sa mga bank
your target montly ammortization should only be 40% of your net disposable income

so if ang salary ninyo is at 33k a month
you will be granted a loan na ang montly is 13.2k

however flexible naman po ang mga bank, kahit naman hindi ma reach yung 40% if macoconsider yung tenure ninyo sa work ninyo is matagal na, and stable earner kayo without debt sa other banks

Pwede po ba *** other charges ng amaia e payable in installment saka within the monthly amortization stage na para hindi maisabay sa monthly downpayment stage?
