^^^Former FEU CS member ata ang coach ng NU.

Hoping for Adamson Pep Squad to barge in the top 3 this year.

I have already seen their routine.

My top 3 threats to Top 3 Squads (in order.. )

1. DLSU- since they won on Fil-Oil cheerdance competition..
2. NU- They have improved a lot (tumbling, tosses, partner stunts)
3. ADMU- They have the skills, unting hasa pa.. Then may new coach sila (correct me if I'm wrong)

^^ iba pa rin mag-isip yung instructors/coach ng UP...grabe akala ko talaga panalo na yung FEU last year dahil sa samurai theme...tapos nagulantang ako at napanganga dahil tinalo yun ng infamous sunflowers ng maroons.

favorite ko talaga yang routine na yan. una dahil sobraaaaang cute ng costume nila na parang galing sa commercial ni pokwang ng sorbetes :P pangalawa because they used those sunflowers. that was brilliant. yun yung nag represent ng panagbenga festival sa "fiesta theme" ng UP last year, at every april (graduation time sa UP), sunflowers bloom along te university ave sunflowers give the meaning of congratulations :P so parang dun palang, bonggang bongga na ang UP. their coach and all the people in the squad are magnificent.

Sana ganun pa din ang gawin ng UP Pep, I mean gulantangin at pangangahin ang mga gaya ni jmdarcega sa CDC. Tas, champion ulit sana..

Lapit na, I am sure busy ang lahat ng UAAP Pep Squads sa kakaensayo at kaka-polish ng kani-kanilang routine. Good luck sa lahat.

Ateneo BBB has the same coach since 2006, I think.

Darkhorses this year:
1. ADMU - proof is their barging into the top 3 in 2009.
2. DLSU - winning the FILOL Cheerleading competition this year.

A close call between DLSU and AdMU.

If DLSU can polish their stunts well, one mistake from the strong trio will give La Salle a break.

If Ateneo can surprise the crowd with less gimmicks, jaw dropping stunts like UP and eyebrow raising choreo like UST's, they will have it. 2009 did not really wow ME. (Again, ME). It is fluid but there is nothing breath taking about it. I'm calling BS and politics on that year. But then again, UST's best ace card that year is concept.

Other than that, madami pang kakaining bigas para makagawa ng magandang routine ang ibang eskwelahan.

ADMU needs to hold back on gimmicks (and inflatables). DLSU needs to hold back on pilit na themes.

Ateneo BBB ang consistent threat sa Top 3. Aren't they usually 4th / 5th place during cheerdance?

Para sa akin, mas threat ang DLSU compared sa AdMU.

admu has more 4th place finishes because of better execution compared to dlsu. with their new coach though, i think dlsu has a very big chance of getting a podium finish this year. but of course, i'm still rooting for the bbb!
