First, kelan mo napansin ang kulani mo na yan? Tuwing inuubo at sinisipon ka lang ba? If yes, then prolly it is a immune reaction of your body. Saan exactly sa leeg? sa may bandang lalamunan ba, sa sides, or sa bandang nape? Gaano kalaki ang kulani mo, mamiso ba, or 25 cents lang? Movable ba siya or fixed? Masakit ba kapag kinakapa? Ilan ang nakakapa mo na kulani? Pero most probably, its just because of the colds and cough and it is a normal reaction of the immune system lalo na kung may upper respiratory infection. Usually, after the colds and cough, babalik na rin yan sa normal size niya.

^ Gusto ko po sana malaman kung ano yung case ko, kasi sakin on both sides right below the neck. Its always there and quite noticeable if you look closer. Di naman po sha masakit pag hinawakan. Is there a cure for this? TIA!

dapat ipacheck mo na sa doctor. Kasi yung kapatid ko nagkakulani din sa leeg before. Buti nalang at nagpunta agad kasi doctor. Inoperahan din agad sya after 2 days kasi cancerous yung nasa kanya (minor surgery lang naman). Kaya I would suggest consult your doctor ASAP.

I don't know what kulani is but bumps on the neck "leeg" is neck right, could be a lot of things. It could be swollen lymph nodes. Could be cancer like someone said here. Or it could be localized infection/abscess or a cyst (esp. if it's hard, may or may not be infected).
